  • In this part 5 of this Mini Excavator repair series, I get to painting all the yellow parts. It's starting to feel like I'm finally on the home stretch.

Looking good Ted! - That's really going to look new once those new decals get on it! I bet it feels great to look at all the progress you've made both mechanically and cosmetically. Also, BIG THANKS for the shout out! Far better painters than I on CZcams, but we all have to learn. Next thing you'll be painting your Porsche!

Thanks for the awesome support, as always. Definitely won't catch me painting the Porsche. That project seems so far off at the moment. I have so many other things in the works that all get me to retirement so that I can then do things like finish the Porsche. And yes, the mini-X does look fantastic finished with decals; far better than I was expecting. Will share the next video, of which I plan to edit this weekend.
Hope all is well with you. I need to catch up on your progress with the challenger. Seeing you do that makes my automotive projects seem super simple by comparison. Keep up the great work.

Thanks so much. It's been a labor or love, that's for sure. In the next video you'll see how it turned out. I'm pleased to say it now looks far better than I was expecting.
Thanks for the supportive comments and for watching. Have a fantastic day.
