    Looks good. Looks like Grainfather's response to continue to be able to charge $1000 more than an Anvil Foundry

    One thing I think I'd miss is the sight glass to be separated from the pipe for the pump. On my cheapo EasyBrew I like that I can look at the sight glass to adjust my flow rate. I can easily see if the level is dropping, increasing or staying the same, which you cant do if the pipe is used for pumping.

    No top plate for the grain basket is bizarre. It means the tube goes into the grain, creating channels for both mash recirc and sparging

      The tube floats right at or just below the surface level. Once the flow rate is adjusted the grain bed is formed and 1" or 2" of wort is maintained above the grain bed. It doesn't shoot straight down into the wort as one might envision. We know a lot of homebrewers who do similar setups with non-Grainfather recirculating-mash brew rigs as well. We'll show more in our follow-up video so you can see it in action.
