    You could also rinse the paper filter under water and dab it with a towel so that it is only slightly damp before placing it in the portafilter. Makes life much easier. 🤷‍♀️

    As an Italian I can tell you for sure, you don't need all that extra prep stuff to make a good espresso. Just buy a quality machine and some good coffe beans.

      While you’re right, the dosing cup being used here isn’t a blind shaker. It does look like the one made by Weber workshops, but it isn’t
