It usually comes out like heavy bread, thank you so much and I also want to ask if you have a recipe for the fruit version, the kind where you blend the fruits and then add to the batter. I like the fruit cake better but its not eatable when I make it.😒

They were both wide but thin pans. One dish was a pie dish which is very thin and other was a small dish. Once your batter is light and fluffy enough you will be able to pull it off.✌️❤️

I try not to use white sugar as much as I can avoid it. Brown sugar is a little better than the white sugar, it passed through so much process and bleaching. Thank you for your question👍

Sharmin u should have left it to cool then flip its because it was hot thats why it kinda broke at the bottom
