Chapati (ചപ്പാത്തി) - 3 Nos
Onion (സവോള) - 1 Nos (125 gm)
Carrot (ക്യാരറ്റ്)
Capsicum (കാപ്സിക്കം)
Cucumber
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 1 No
Coriander Leaves (മല്ലിയില) - ½ Cup (15 gm)
Lime / Lemon Juice (നാരങ്ങാനീര്) - ½ Tablespoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - ½ Teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder (കുരുമുളക് പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Egg (മുട്ട) - 3 Nos
Butter / Cooking Oil (വെണ്ണ / എണ്ണ) - 1½ Teaspoon
Mayonnaise (മയോനൈസ്) - 2 Tablespoons
Tomato Ketchup - 2 Tablespoons

ഈ recipe എന്നെ 30 years പുറകോട്ട് കൊണ്ടു പോയി. Calcutta street ഇൽ winter season ഇൽ egg roll കഴിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് കുറെ നടന്നതാണ്. എന്ത് രസമായിരുന്നു
It was my favourite. അവർ വേറെ ചില souces കൂടി ചേർക്കുമായിരുന്നു.
