Thank you so much sir.its very easy and understanding
Thank you so much sir....very helpful for gpat
Sir please make similar types of video. It is very helpful.🙏
Perfect explanation👌👌👌👌
Very helpful ❤️
Nice explanation. Good command. I wish to know about Kenamycin as we used against synovial joint infection
Thank you sir for making it simpler
Omg I am so happy to find this channel, it's amazing!
You are welcome!
Very helpfull
Nice explanation sir
Thanku sir it was helpful
Awesome sir
Sir I have a question....It is generally said that bactericidal and bacteriostatic drugs are antagonistic to each other but why some combinations such as cefexime and azithromycin are used
Bactericidal drugs such as cell wall synthesis inhibitors are effective against rapidly dividing bacterial cells. Bacteriostatic drugs prevent proliferation/division of bacterial cells and hence prevent cell wall synthesis, which is why cell wall synthesis inhibitors are not as much effective.
A combination of cefexime and azithromycin is used to prevent bacterial resistance. Although azithromycin is considered bacteriostatic, it is also bactericidal against various pathogens. You have to understand that no antibiotic drug is purely bactericidal or bacteriostatic, it all depends on their dose and the bacteria. So combination therapies are to either provide synergistic effect or to prevent antimicrobial resistance.
my question is ...u said carbapenems are used when other antibiotics are proved ineffective because of its broad spectrum of activity then why we don't use them before any other class of antibiotics
thank you so much sir .....very informative
Thank you.
You're super perfect in explaining 😊 Like all your videos. It's really help me to prepare gpat. Can you give me a idea to complete the gpat syllabus within a 2 months.? And Please put the video of bacterial cellwall synthesis and bacterial protein synthesis because the videos help me to study the antibiotics easily. Thank you
Thanks for your feedback. You can prepare for GPAT by strategic plan. First cover simple subjects like organic chemistry, biochemistry, physical pharmacy, unit operations, inorganic chemistry and forensic as early as possible by preparing very short cut notes covering key points. Then go for core subjects such as cology, analysis, ceutics and cognosy which may take one and half month. All the best.
Please find below two videos already are uploaded on drug acting on cell wall & protein synthesis.

@@egpat thank you 😊
You all probably dont give a shit but does someone know of a method to log back into an instagram account..?
