- In this video i am using my new Maxant bottling tank, you can set the temp on it to keep it warm so when you need it, if it crystalizes this works great. A temp of 105 works really good for me , As always thanks for watching,

Another valuable video about bees,,, great sharing.. replay teamphd
Two comments. Don't fill water to top of sight tube. When tank heats up the water will expand and overflow the fill hole. Also, the thermometer reflects the temperature of the product (honey) and not the water. The tip of the thermometer must be I immersed in honey to give an accurate reading.
well mounted .. you have a very cozy environment for the bees
I love organic honey good luck keep vlogging teamphd
Wow good job! You are doing great!
Congratulations on your new Maxant bottling tank. I had one for years and love it, I did build a lower table for my Maxant. This makes it easier to left those 5 gallon buckets.. I also had a 5 gallon stainless steel bucket holder for the top of the tank. I just sit and bottle. Love your videos
thanks yea its so nice love it, i have one or the bucket holders but it did not seem to be holding it right so i made my own holder works good, thanks for the nice comments not much happening now with the girls

Hello host newbie here sending my fullpack support to you from teamphd keep safe and god bless lhady chris vlog fullpack dikit kalembang
If I missed it in the video, sorry, but I wonder about the temperature you're using there. I mention it because I own the same (albeit a few years older) bottling tank. Before I go on, I'll acknowledge that talking honey temperatures can drum up some pretty heated (ugh, NOT intentional) discussion. At any rate, I keep my tank at about 90, then when I know I'm going to bottle, I hike it up to about 105 for a day or so. Never any crystallization and flows REALLY well. If you prefer to keep yours cool (thought I saw about 70 on the thermometer there), you'll get no argument from me. On the other hand, if you DO turn it up, watch it; it gets to the top all kinds of fast!
thanks for sharing...teamphd replay

hello friend shout out po team phd here
Maxant’s CZcams instructions showed how to assemble, add water, use cool handle. You showed those last two, but I’m still looking for details on setting temperatures-a major reason for using this equipment. Can anyone point me to full instructions on this?
i turn it to 90 or 100 works great
Hello here I am waiting for the good info.
Hi there :) Hi Vince, I just bought the same tank. At around 7:23 seconds you're talking about the ability to drain water from the bottom brass water guage. Looks like you have a wingnut at the very bottom to let the water out. Is my assumption correct? I ask because I didn't receive that brass water guage with the wingnut. So i'm wondering how I would drain water if needed. I reached out to Maxant but it's not easy to get in contact with anyone there.
I'm not sure I'd have to look at mine did you try and call maxent ?
@@FernvalleyFarm thanks for offering to check your's. I called them 3x , no answer. I emailed them too.
Yes I went and looked mine has the way not on the brass valve also there's a half inch drain plug at the bottom of the tank they must have changed designs if you don't have that valve I don't know
@@FernvalleyFarm thanks for checking and getting back to me so quickly 🙂. I'll keep trying to get in contact with Maxant. BetterBee is also interested to know if the design changed and is reaching out to Maxant as well. Teamwork 👍🏽
