i live about a 10 minute drive from where the explosion occurred, and my ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD felt the rattle from the explosion vibrate through our houses. my entire street went outside immediately to see what had happened, and we saw a huge orange plume over the treeline. truly frightening, im so sorry for the firefighters and the family

I'm really sorry for their loss. my house is 5 min away and our glass shook. i called 911 and they told me cops r on the scene...i went there and saw the house with my own eyes the damage. I was praying for the people in the house cause this made me of course think of Gaza and them being bombed daily. sometimes same house twice. and building falling and they have no one helping getting the victims out. and if they came out they are getting bombed on their way to safety. may God rest their souls...so sad. You’d see a crater most likely from a strike or anything with conventional explosives. Gas doesn’t have the power to really move dirt, just wood and light metal
@JL1 but only one could cause a 20 ft deep crater. Also, gas burns and ordinance detonates. There was only one localized hot spot with some kind of petroleum fuel burning, but overall, there was not a lot of heat damage or charing. Note they weren't applying any water to put out anything burning.
