Full disclosure, i wasn't a complete fan until i learned some background on Faye. She is ambitious, adventurous, and incredibly intelligent. Listening to her laugh and giggle put a huge smile on my face!! Just pure, unscripted fun!! Im def a fan now!!

I'm guessing by your squeaks of glee that you had a great time. I was so tempted to get a GR Corolla, but my old Subaru is still going strong and I'd feel bad about giving her up before her time is done. That Trueno 86 is also very tempting too, unfortunately. I wish I could afford three cars!

Hey Faye, what an amazing day… Toyota really outdid themselves releasing three amazing additions. yep, you’re right of course I seen at least 8 to 10 different videos on these additions you know another one pops up and you just gotta watch it. yours is the first and thank you , showing the 45th anniversary in natural light it really looks great, under the studio lights I thought it might’ve been a little too much. your joyful laughter made the video. wooow! That looks like an amazing experience! So, I know this is going to be completely off-topic, but there's a connection to this video, I promise. Bear with me please LOL. My dad used to rally race back in the day, and the car that he raced was a 72 Toyota Corolla. It wasn't a professional league, but just a bunch of guys racing around the back roads of Ottawa, back when those were around and not the overcrowded metropolis it is now. My dad loved that car and drove it until the cross member rusted out, and the transmission fell out on the highway one day. RIP Corolla. One time, his car wasn't available for some reason, so he borrowed his friend's dad's gigantic 1975 Chevy Malibu. Long story short, that ended with a disgruntled farmer and a telephone pole and my dad and his friend were stuck scrambling to fix the car before the dad came back from a business trip. Anyway my point is whenever I see your videos, or anyone's videos on these cars, I think these stories my dad told me of cars he grew up with, and then I look at these newer vehicles and I always think it's really impressive how far we've come technology wise in 40/50 years. The car you're driving is a lot more refined than my dad's 72 Corolla 🤣🤣. Awesome job as always. Thanks for taking us along for the ride!

@@FayeHadley Yeah, The Corolla, he went to do a downshift and suddenly the shifter lever disappeared into the trans tunnel followed by a loud crash. He made a DOWNshift alright 🤣. And the Malibu, the farmer didn't like the racing, so he blocked the road with his combine harvester and so my dad flew around the corner, swerved to avoid the combine, and hit the telephone pole. The farmer got charged for blocking the road and for pulling over the telephone pole and trying to blame it on the racers. Those were the old days!

Hi I watched a few videos on your supra build, a friend of mines mk3 turbo isn't getting any grounding from the ecu to fire the injectors. We have no codes and are at a loss at what to look for next. If you could possibly point me in the right direction or towards some good resources for diagnosis that would be great!
There is an Anniversary edition twin turbo with 30k on it. They used to change oil once a year and park.

Cause who needs a boring technician, right? I had it in my mind that you were in Austin, but watching earlier videos I saw you were in San Antonio. Probably the coolest big town in Texas.
Your video finding Grim in the Corpus Pick-n Pull was totally cool.
Don't know if you take requests but if Grim is in need of a new oil pan seal job I would totally appreciate it. I understand quite a bit, use Toyota FIPG 103, clean all surfaces etc.
Some specific issues related to the job would be: bolt torque specs, removing that pesky electrical harness running along the front of the oil pan, and a 'Faye style' slow explanation of how to apply the FIPG, let it set up, hand tighten the bolts and then coming back later to apply the torque.
Also, your scope and repertoire is huge! Your willingness to put up oil change videos and then post about dealing with camshafts and boring out blocks is impressive and appreciated. You have something for everyone.

You do know that the Supra is just a BMW wrapped in a Toyota shell. Just like the 86 and frs are Subaru’s. Yeah. Pretty Sad that Toyotas best days are behind it. You can’t beat the 90’s for the best tuner cars ever made.
