Yeah, if you are tooled up, program proofed and first part passes inspection, then you could finish machine and assemble an 80% lower, but it won't last, because it needs a hard anodized finish, my vendor takes 2weeks.

For the RPG and for EACH round,it's a 200 dollar tax stamp,but good luck getting it approved without being an SOT (which luckily brandon is) so it's within the realm of possibility.

You can't lower the rate it would be fired at, all you can do is burst fire. You would have to burst, stop to re-adjust for recoil, and then burst again. M249 would be the same; that's why military personnel burst fire. If you want to know what a modern gatling gun is, look up the M61 Vulcan.
It's true though, rifles are far deadlier than pistols and shotguns.
Accuracy and stability make a gun deadly, so by that logic blind-firing a mortar from my garden should be fine.

Which is a weird thing to say, because the constitution clearly says theses amendments aren't rights you're being granted, they're fundamental human rights that we're simply spelling out to make sure they don't get messed with. Theoretically, the constitution could not exist and you'd still have those rights as the right to speak, assemble, and defend oneself are universal human rights. Not that governments anywhere tend to care about that, but it is what it is.

Ghost guns are actually numberless copy's of guns like the Colt 1911 which are product in the Philippines and than are shipped to Mexico, the US, or other countries around the world, but mainly to America.

Seriously, none of the arguments I’ve heard against stricter gun control makes sense:
- But muh freedom: this doesn’t take away ALL guns. Stop pretending like it does.
- Home defense: do you really need more than a handgun or shotgun for this?
- Defense against foreign invasions: the US spends more money on its military than anyone else by a ridiculous margin. Anyone who is legitimately supporting gun rights for this reason is unhealthily paranoid.
- Criminals don’t follow the law so why even bother: oh, I guess requiring seat belts is too much of a bother, since many people aren’t gonna do it anyway. Enforcing a no-texting-and-driving policy is too much of a hassle, some people are still not gonna do it. Seriously, this one reeks of laziness and/or nihilism.
Please, do tell me how superior the US is with its wide ranging gun liberties coupled with a much higher murder rate (both in general and with firearms) than almost any developed country. Go ahead.

Went to go buy ammo from big 5 today (in California) I have a hunting license, I’m 19, went in last month and picked up some seven shot, starting this month in California, nobody under the age of 21 can purchase ammo of any kind, but I can have a registered firearm. Absolutely ridiculous.

The trouble then becomes ammo. Need something to come out of the home-built gun and something to make it come out. If the guns are gone, there will be no ammo. I've had a gun stolen and it was about 3 months after they told me they found it that I got it back. I had to call them to find out if I could get it too. They just "hadn't got around to calling yet" when I asked about it.
