Biden is trying to get more positive opinions from neutral foreign powers and US allies, notably the EU.
He won't spend political capital banning the importation of otherwise legal goods from former Soviet Block countries that are now in the EU. That could spark another serious trade disagreement, like the one that Trump started, which would be very bad for his publicity coming from both ends of the political spectrum since it would make him look like a hypocrite.
Now a ban on the ammo regardless of where it's from, including US production..... that he might try to do, *if* he thinks he can get it to swing legally.

Instead of blasting 30 rounds to practice a reload blast a couple. You’ll have more reload attempts to practice from doing that anyways so less ammo used and more training for yourself.

They did the same thing with Space: Above n Beyond in the nineties. And Firefly has a grand total of 12 episodes and one feature film, nowhere near a full season of 24 episodes.
