I would suggest to extend the budget to 13-14 lakhs and get a e class or bmw 5 series in mint condition around 20-30 thousand kms driven as in 10-11 lakhs the cars will be not that good condition and you will end up spending on repairs.

Get the facelift/lci as it is much improved in terms of features, interior materials and also feels a bit lighter to drive

Bhot zada nhi but definitely 2012 model is better but is 38000 genuine chali hue hai and condition is good then 8.5L is really good price go for it.
