Yes I use to be a dairy farmer, waking up at 3.30am isn't so bad you get use to it, but that time of the morning when it's just you and your fur family milking and feeding them, then you go feeding the little ones make sure every one is fine, clean the yards out, go home about 8.00ish have breakfast, then carry on with what ever needs doing, it's fun I loved it, alot of people asked me if it was too much for me, the answer is no I loved my girls and my job farm life is so rewarding and can be very relaxing.

I'm going to wear my Sonne Farms shirt when I meet the AC repairman over at the condo complex on Monday. When all the women ask about it I'll tell them to check it out because Scott Eastwood's stunt double is the star of the show along with his dad. 😉
You guys enjoy the rest of your weekend !

They are great on hills and rough ground we are in middle Tennesee so its steep in places

Broken record here, I used to spread sludge (human waste) on fields from the municipal sanitary districts. Enjoy your poo Cole. It has a consistent smell. When you bounce form sanitary district to sanitary district the poo changes. Liquid to dry, chunky to runny, overwhelming to subdued (odor). I would come home and my wife would ask how my lunch was. I'd tell her she'd have to wait for me to spread it. Cheers gents. God Bless.

Brian did a good job with the camera! About rats.... All I raise these days, is ducks. About two years ago, I started seeing rat turds in the big duck yard, so come nightfall, I put the quackers away and set a big rat trap under the feeder. Next morning, the trap was sprung, bait was gone, and something had drug it halfway across the yard. A few drops of blood were on the trap. I knew right then that what we had here was a really BIG rat. I set the trap a few more times, but got nothing. One morning about 7am, I look out the window and saw the nasty bast*rd. That sucker was the rat from hell and nearly as big as one of my ducks. This guy wasn't gonna' be caught in any standard rat trap. .22 bullets are cheap, so for a couple of mornings, I got up early and sat realllll quiet out on the back porch about 40 yards from the pen. Sure enough, that guy showed up on schedule, and I have a picture of it layed out next to a yardstick. 15" from nose to butt with a 13" tail. Big enough that he could have killed one of the quackers. I hate those things.

Hey cole. I read a study and they had 2 pastures with the same kind of cows and calves and bulls and one pasture had an Oiler and one didn’t and the calves coming off in the fall with the Oiler were 70 pounds heavier on average. We had a bad year with flys and our cows so next year we are putting up oilers to try and keep that down. They cows were just hiding in the woods and would go eat because the flys were so bad
