Loved how Brian spoke in the combine about being thankfull towards God. If you have never experienced the moments when yields are good and a crop did well after a season, remember when a storm or otherwise extreme weather is going over the world, a farmer somewhere is praying to God that his crops are coming through ok.
When i was little i did pray together with my granddad, kneeling against a kitchenchair. Right beside him. Praying the hail storms would not damage the small sugarbeet plants, the leaves of the potatoplants or the silage corn. Or even praying a heffer would come through labor ok (he had limousine beefcows and Holstein milkcows). I will never forget those moments. I miss him everyday. That makes farming so powerfull to me, being so close to nature, it's life at it's purest.
You know they say, you can take the boy off the farm, but you can't take the farm out of the boy !
@@robhakeman5873 Have to remember that one. Very powerfull saying. It's exactly how it feels.
Cole, your Dad is down to earth, he's a good man. Love his story telling. You two are awesome. I'm glad harvesting is going well. I hope the beans and corn 🌽. Yields turning out the way you're expecting. Great vid as always keep them coming, catchya at the next one. Be safe!!
Cole, I want to thank you, your gramma and your family for bringing this CZcams channel to the world. Cole you do great and enjoyable work. Handing your camera to Brian created one of the most poignant moments I've seen on CZcams. Brian, please don't ever be afraid to work the camera. You may think you aren't a skilled presenter but I thought your words were some of the best things I've ever heard on CZcams. Your honest presentation of your faith in God and living in Hope is a message this country sorely needs. I know you are going to Awe Shucks this comment but you really spoke your heart and as a fellow Christian business owner it is wonderful to hear someone else giving their success up to the Lord. Thank you Sonne Farms for sharing you to all of us.
The footage of Brian and Claudia is just precious. When he was with her in the tractor or combine and was talking to her about falling out and having to answer to her dad and then his thoughts on her jumping into the tractor just melted me. He needs a granddaughter to spoil the heck out of.
@@briansonne814 Congratulations!!! I’m sure she’ll have you wrapped around her finger by years end. God bless.
@@briansonne814 i was about to say wasnt there a wedding just awhile back and for some reason kids show up not long after usually in the nine month area
@@jwhitley101whitleyfarms9 Thats not the couple expecting. Its my middle son.
God Bless Sonne family
"We farm with Hope" beautiful
How do I know its story time with Brian with out the intro "have I ever told you about..."?? definitely should put that on some merch!!
Super satisfying/mesmerising to watch the corn being harvested, much like the hay. :)
Just goes to show you never quit watching over your kids when you wobbled and dad reached out to steady you. loved the segment with dad talking about being blessed by God
Hey I like Brian's Combine moments giving glory to GOD. It has put the biggest smile on my face. GOD is good. It is refreshing to hear someone give thanks and be sincere doing it. Awesome Video All- Be Safe and GOD Bless.
Because of your stated belief in God... I was surprised when your son said "Spend eternity in that cemetary"... It doesn't work that way.
Cole and Brian, thank you for giving God the glory for blessing you with this harvest and in all things.
I LOVED WHAT YOUR DAD SAID AT THE END HOW GOD GETS ALL THE GLORY AND HE RIGHT ! .
My grandpa is in that cemetery. Its nice to know it's well taken care of
Upload more, one of the better (if not the best) farm shows on youtube
If more people would have your attitudes the world would be much better place
I think you better make Brian stories a regular. Enjoy the combine time & Stories.
You and your dad are a great team Glad you don't have to fight water this year
Good luck with the corn harvest
Listen here Sonne Farms... Liver and onions with mashed potatoes is my preferred birthday meal every year. 😉
I should never have left the farming community of my childhood.
God Bless ALL of You as You have Blessed All of U.S.
Happy Thanksgiving !
Your Dad is a very smart and good man.
Sure was good to drive along with Brian for a bit. And giving credit it to God was awesome. Congratulations on a good harvest.
Dang Cole, you're in rare form today! Hey dad, pretty nice to have a son that can reach those things you can't anymore. Thanks to The Almighty for that yield huh.
Brian did a great job!! Need to give him the camera more times. Thanks for giving thanks to God
Brian and Cole you are amazing farmers and I love how you and your dad are close. Another great video and I a as well thank God for what he gives us. Thanks again
Hi Cole ,your Dad and Jeff hope you all are doing good today.God bless you all today and always. It’s great God has blessed you with a great harvest.Keep up the good work.
Multi-tasking, Brian!!! Great job!!
Saw you made the news on KELO TV. That was a great story. Watching from Texas.
Also wanted to say that my hubby and I love your videos. I grew up on a dairy farm in Southern Wisconsin. So different and a smaller scale, but so much alike that it takes me back. Keep up the great work!!!
Brian i like listening and watching corn harvest something comforting about it💕👍🙏thanks guys
Loved hearing your dad talk one on one with us.
8:55 always a good video with a "did i ever tell you about the time" and this one was a good one lol
Love to see vids like these! Many of the youtube farm channels that I subscribe to, the families tend to have a strong faith in God and his provision for them. Great to see that in your family as well!
Brian very much enjoyed your time in the combine. May God continue to bless you and your family.
Jeff
Thanks for posting. Good stuff Brian. Be safe.
Y'all are some good people love what y'alls do
Can you guys someday explain how a combine works for corn I’m amazed at how fast it can shuck a cob of corn before the cob hits the feeder house. Please explain for us city folks that aren’t around that amazing machinery everyday like you guys are! Love your channel and content especially your sense of humor and your Dads stories!
My first video I love it I love to watch farmers on CZcams because I can relate thanks for the video
'Brian TV'... my new favorite channel!! Rockin' it!!!
CZcams star and now local TV star! Amazing!
Hats off to the farmers. Thank you!!
“A farmer and his Lord are closely linked” nicely said sir. God bless
cole is kind of a smartass and I love it
At 16:34 mark and onward was the best thing ive heard on youtube in a while. Nothing more true and you can hear the sincerity. God bless you guys
Thank you for thanking God, Brian. God bless you and your family.
P.S. DON'T FORGET TO VOTE!!!!
Always makes my day to see you post a new video
I truly enjoy the videos that you post about your everyday life and how much goes into farming. I’ve always wanted to own my own farm but it was just not In the cards that I own one. Cole you do a excellent job with everything involved in the video production of the farm. Brian you Sir are a great role model for not only your family but your community. I like how you express yourself when it comes to your faith. You guys are amazing people. Best wishes on a profitable season. Keep the videos coming guys.
I like hearing Brian talk. I hope he gets the camera often.
I'm glad you guys are satisfied with your harvest!! And your 100% right on who to thank for good harvest. Nice to see a humble family.
Shouldn't they be thanking themselves? They did all the hard work of planting, irrigating, and watching the crops grow. Then harvesting, selling, etc.
Right on Bryan
Its snowing here in oklahoma. My husband and I have been binge watching your videos all day. Yall are awesome. Can't seem to stop watching.
Your dad is right about having a hot meal waiting for you. It sure beats cold bologna.
You know that if you have down corn you can use a soy bean header to harvest down corn I did it last year and this year and it worked but you have to have the combine in corn settings
Covering some roast with BBQ sauce sounds like an excellent idea !
I wish I would have thought of that.
When Mom gets home tell her how good the roast was just don't mention you drenched it with barbecue sauce. 😉
@D Boogman that's very true but I did find a couple of barbecue restaurants in town that will sell their homemade barbecue sauce it's delicious ! The stuff in the grocery store bottles, not so much.
Great to see a fellow CZcamsr from South Dakota!!! Also so close to me! I'm in Huron and have a channel about Carpentry!
Brian, Frank Burns would have a field day with those nose hairs.😉 I definitely like the new Brian cam feature that you introduced in this video Cole. Also, please more outside shots so we can hear all the different sounds the equipment makes. I like the new outtro. Now explain what each of the movements mean please. Absolutely love your live chat. You two make it so enjoyable.
Well spoken pops. Man y’all were putting corn in the bin awesome to see glad it’s going good
Good to hear Brian! Very true!
Enjoyed u our comments Brian, explains why Cole is so likeable
You gotta love 💕 some urban peoples take on farming advice 🤣🤣🤣🤣! What a blessing to your local church, donating some of your best land to the cemetery, blessing returned in getting a bumper corn 🌽 harvest. Thanks 🙏 for the encouraging word of tying your faith in Jesus with your job of farming or whatever you do. It is what I needed in these trying times.
Thanks for the wonderful out-take😁
Another great video! Interesting about the cemetery. That kind of hit a place in my heart about your respect and caring of the sacredness of our deceased family and friends. Good hearts!
So happy for you about the crops, sounds fantastic and you can sleep a bit easier with that worry/stress off your minds. Missing my So Dak roots and family back there. I liked the looks of the bare ground as you drove along, the dirt even looked rich even tho dry.
Loved your live the other nite.....you guys should do that more often!
Good one today......keep um up I love tuning in as do so many others!!! :-)
Blessings
Enjoyed watching this video, you and your Dad are couple of naturals in front of the camera, look forward to it coming on... before you know it...it's been and gone!
Sonnefarmsdad and Cole, awesome message today. You gotta have a relationship with the Lord to have any chance of being successful.
Miss the farm, glad for the videos to ride along during harvest. Great content as always.
Another enjoyable escapade on Sonne Farm
That silo needs some dronage action, for sure !
You guys are doing a great job.
It's great to see good family working together.
I wish you guys all the best.
Really appreciated Brian talking about who he gives the thanks too. Sometimes not that easy to put words to how you feel. Nice!!
Sound insulation in those vehicles is so good. Wow. And that's a whole lot of corn!
Loved your comments about farming with hope!!
Great video and good numbers on your yield. God will get you thru anything and won't put more on you than you can handle even though it feels overwhelming. Yall are blessed with a great family and great farm. Stay safe out there and see yall next time
Congratulations on your great yields! That combine eats it right up!
Awesome to give God the credit! Great hearing dad talk about hope
Cole ... thanks for sharing about the cemetery. That was special. Truly. And Brian ... thanks for explaining about the combine. And talking about the cemetery, too.
I have seen lots of vids about the size of their yields this year. Must have been all of the spring rains.
Happy y’all have a great harvest.
👍😊👍
Awesome, I love corn harvesting!! that was my favorite when I grew up on a farm in Nebraska, now I live close to y'all in Mitchell! Hope the rest of harvest goes well for ya! 😀👍
You remind me of my younger step brother he runs the farm 🚜 in Tyndall South Dakota I appreciate the farmers I admire you all. I actually have a rare spine disease and I donated my body to a university to study the disease when I expire, I made sure they had no affiliations with the clinton foundation yikes. I thank the good Lord they don't.
..lookin' good , congrats on a great harvest..stay safe and enjoy the day...
Appreciate Brian recognizing and thanking God!
Great story about your family history and the cemetary - in detail from Cole, and referenced by Brian. It's always great to get to know ya'll better. Also, great to hear about the crockpot roast; seriously, that's what you eat for lunch? Best learning moment: In the combine with Brian when he told us how his Dad loved combining corn - and not so much beans, then went on to tell the story why not beans. I could easily picture it. Thanks guys.
Great video! Love the channel! You and your Dad are awesome! Congratulations 🍾🎉 on a good harvest! God Bless and stay safe!
love your videos man keep it up
Great camera shots! Really enjoy your videos, it was interesting to hear about the cemetery. Thanks! :)
Great video and was very entertaining. Your dad is awesome just enjoy every minute with him you can my man.
I really enjoyed this episode harvest is my favourite time of the year especially if it's a good crop. There is so much to be thankfully for. Its often a fun time.
Jeff, man of few words and big actions! 🤣🤣🤣
Some really exceptional content in this particular Sonne Farms video. Good job and thanks.
Praying you get another fantastic crop this year!!
You need a shirt that says did I ever tell you about the time
that was a really good video, telling of your family's cemetery was great
you did a great job
Enjoyed the family history and of course Brian's sign off...lol
Awesome job guys!!
Love the peace out from Brian!! Lmao I do that all the time!!
Awesome videos! Just know you are truly blessed to have a big farm and all the equipment to run it. I know it is alot of hard work and expensive but man you guys are lucky to work from home and close to home. Keep them videos coming I enjoy them and also be safe out there! Have a good one from Zuni, New Mexico
I fricken love your dad Cole 😂😂
Great camera work Brian and the connection between The Good Lord and the bountiful harvest is legit. Stay safe boys. Keep up the Great Work !!!!!!!
Count your blessings
SAVAGE Cole! I had to laugh when you said you pushed your corn residue into the nearest river. Also we need more Brian TV
