Walking level 1
Upside down pull up with your tongue while holding a guys doing bench press one on each arm. Level 2
Summon Gigachad to spot ur bench press while doing seated treadmill cardio for 30 hours level 3
Needless to say I rarely do this as warmup for my warmup as it’s too light for me , butt everyone has to start somewhere ❤❤

Hardest bodyweight skill to learn is consistent cardio. Ive been working on it for almost 20 years now and think ill give up soon.

Nah,not at all,i was really enjoying cardio back then,1 year of 220 km per month felt easy and refreshing after a while...however,i gave up cardio,cause You can evolve in strenght at the gym,there is some thing i cant explain..that holds You back whole You do lots of cardio

planche (with feet touching ground)
russian twister
pushup
lunges (this one depends on if you are overweight or no... Aswell as squat)
chin ups
dips
pull ups
that is the list of basics imo
if this is in order squats are easier than situps
@@coolitd i find many people can't squat, their ankel mobility is often so bad that they can only get slightly down. If ankle mobility isn't a problem, then squats are easier, but it depends

Yes and that's the sad thing a lot of ppl think like. When i hold a one arm front lever ppl just think i just hang with one hand and use a bit of abs strength xd but when i hold a flag they are amazed

I mean this ranking is not wrong like human flag, back lever etc. are very easy moves and pretty much every one can learn it if they work on it for a while unlike il caruso which was done by like 2 people only and even most elite athletes are unable to do it
Lmao no fucking way. Pretty much everything beyond pull ups in this list require one year of training at least. If you do a human flag/back lever you're already 1% of human physique.
If I could imagine an exercise being the hardest it would be something ridiculous like weighted one hand handstand pushup

Actually, the human flag is not as hard as people think. I tried and honestly, if I had the time I would have mastered it in 1 month or 2. (I was already in good physical condition)

Not as hard, but still hard. Most people don't train their obliques so it's difficult to stay straight
