  • Plenty of great football teams have played over the years, but few can be called a dynasty. The 1975 Pittsburg Steelers weren’t just the best team the city ever had; they’re one of the best teams that’s ever existed in the NFL. Famous for its famed "Steel Curtain" defense, the Steelers won back-to-back Super Bowls, in 1974 and 1975. So where are these guys now?
Ex-footballers often lead fascinating lives, and these former Steelers are no exception. From Terry Bradshaw’s “Masked Singer” appearance to "Mean" Joe Greene’s establishment of a nonprofit in honor of his late wife, here’s what the '75 Steelers look like today.

Was a kid growing up on the east coast - based on where I lived, I should have rooted for the Bills, but I enjoyed watching the Steelers play. My Favorites were Rocky and Lambert. Now I look at them and realize I'm old. I miss my youth and I miss watching those guys.

I was in Stop 'n Go on Ohio River Blvd. in Emsworth one night in 1978 and Terry Bradshaw, Mean Joe Greene, and L.C. Greenwood came in. I just looked at them and smiled and they said "hello", so I just said "hi" back to them. 😊 😁

@@christophermckinney9190 It really is a small world! I went to Uniontown often when I was a kid. My maternal grandma lived in Brownsville. The closest town that had a mall and things to do was Uniontown. I'm pretty certain your dad remained a lifelong Steelers fan. Those of us from "The Burgh" always are. Allow me to extend my condolences for your loss. You didn't say where you live. Your words lead me to think you're a southern guy. 😊

@@kmstins yes. I'm a southern man, my Dad left Union Town after High School and went to Bob Jones University in SC, and loved the area and climate. However he met my mother while doing a teaching job in Detroit MI of all places, and they went to Florida first where me and 2 girls and another son were born, but he remembered Bob Jones and so we all moved to Charlotte in the 70s and that's where we still are. Nice to meet you Karlene

What about #23, Mike Wagner??...Wasn't he worth mentioning?...Wagner tied for the NFL lead with eight interceptions in 1973, appeared in the 1975 and 1976 Pro Bowls and recorded 36 career interceptions and 12 fumble recoveries. He won four Super Bowls, recording interceptions in Super Bowl IX and Super Bowl X. After ten seasons with the Steelers, he retired in January 1981...

My older sister had her date come to our house to pick her up and i was super protective as a young kid. She said"hes from pittsburgh".as a steeler fan this peaked my interest. He came over with a mini steeler football helmet and a iron city beer with team pic of 78 Steelers on it. This was 1985. Theyve been together ever since and we've been to few steeler games and countless home parties to watch Steelers on TV.🙂

That was the 1st year I watched them. They beat Dallas for the Super Bowl. I remember Preston dropping a pass in the end zone for Dallas, giving Pittsburgh the win. Or this could have been the following season, also with Dallas. I remember Stallworth and Swan making tremendous catches, for huge yardage and TD receptions.
