    I played college ball back in the 90’s, played against all these guys in aau. Back then guards picked you up full court for 40 straight minutes . Getting the ball across half court was the first problem .
    Steph was just a monster and big and strong .
    Shamgod would just embarrass you for 40 minutes .
    Kareem Reid would just be in your arssss all game .
    Couple names you will remember if you played back then
    Jermaine “sunshine” smith was a monster (CK then UNLV).
    The one who was a little under the radar and better than all of them defensively (not offensively) Brevin knight on the jersey side of the river
    Wow many nyc/north jersey back then was just insane

    Went to Lincoln with Steph marbury he could have went
    The nba straight out off
    High school and started.
    Jump shot strong passes
    Jumps complete game.

    I'll be honest Starbury made mistakes in the NBA but if u saying 1vs 1 in his prime anyone would take him but me from the Chi I'm going D Rose MVP but damn that would be nice to see

    Marbury maybe the best PG ever to come out of NYC but Kyrie is the best PG to ever come out of the whole tri-state area ever

    Marbury was an absolute monster… certified murderer but he was not I repeat not better than rod strickland
