I visited Tikal: The Mayans famous for 2012 prophecy!

Tikal's main fame comes from the Mayans associated with the famous 2012 world-ending prediction. Did they really predict that?
Tikal is a historical site located in the rainforests of Northern Guatemala. It is said that this place really flourished between 200-850 AD. The most famous ruins are the ceremonial Lost World (Mundo Perdido) Pyramid and the Temple of the Grand Jaguar. I show them both to you in this video.

I highly recommend visiting Tikal for its history, its grandeur, and its curiosity-inducing landscape. Mayans were truly special for building such magnificent structures centuries ago. I was in awe of them.
