"The solstice sun has dawned and I find myself at the foot of the Great Jaguar Temple. Here in the grandeur of such an exalted and ancient civilisation I feel small. Like if I open my mouth, mouse might speak. I hear calls of the golden orioles in the distance and I surrender into the song. The wind responds, and with it two majestic black spirit jaguars prowl in from either side of the temple. As sleek and black as precious obsidian. By smell they deem my intention pure and then they are gone. As am I. Gone, within the song. . . . . "

I am Deya Dova. I grew up in a remote town on the edge of the Nullarbor desert of South Australia.
I taught myself to sing, sitting on the Earth, with vast horizon lines and immense desert starscapes.
I create music as new myth, infusing sound with themes of hope and empowerment. Singing in new stories that assist in smashing through old paradigms of perception. Blending ancient & primal song, divine vocal frequencies with organic beats, totemic bass and sacred world instrumentation.
Together with my husband and co producer, Hamilton Barnett, (and our children) we tour internationally to transformational festivals sharing our music that traverses Global Bass, World Electronic Dance, Tribal and Organic Downtempo.
We have performed at festivals including Sonic Bloom, Symbiosis, Envision, Beloved, Wanderlust, Atmosphere, Burning Man, Luminate, Enchanted Forest, Bali Spirit Fest and Earth Frequency to mention a few.
For the last 7 years I have been called to return to the origins of my music making, to record Earth songs on the energy lines around the planet. I call it the - Planetary Grid Music Collection - an artistic exploration of sound mapping with the voice, field recording in nature and connecting with the Earth’s energetic system.
The Planetary Grid songs are live location recordings sung in direct response to the natural landscape. Being in a state of deep listening with Mother Earth, with our living breathing planet - Gaia.
We have travelled to more than 44 locations on the Earth’s energy lines to recorded over 60 songs. These songs are released as an exclusive series of 12 mini albums. A wellspring of consciousness raising Meditation Music, Healing Music and modern Yoga Music connecting with the healing resonance of Earth.
Through the universal language of music I wish to share the incredible energy, frequency and vibration of these stunning ancient places. To inspire re-connection with the Earth, the greater Cosmos and the Divine Intelligent Field.

So very *beauty full. All of the sounds & imagery that you two share from these 'Grid' albums is so *wonder full. With this album, these visuals are exactly what I needed to further experience the ancient human culture expressed in these pyramidally-shaped structures. I was wondering why I couldn't quite tune-in to the music. I needed to see these structures!
