this is honestly the SOFTEST chocolate cake ever and so quick to put together! You just need to transfer the batter into a micro safe dish and cook it in the microwave for 6 minutes ( may take slightly longer or shorter depending on the power of your micro)
For this recipe you need to cook the cake on the regular heating mode- what you’d use to re-heat your food!

Ingredients -
* ¾ cup vegetable oil
* 1 + ¼ cup super fine sugar
* 1 cup yogurt ( homemade dahi works)
* 1+ ½ cup maida
* ¾ cup cocoa powder
* 1 tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp baking soda
* ¼ cup milk

I tried it today. It came out really well. Super spongy and moist. But instead of 3/4 cup oil, i added around 4 teaspoons of oil.
Which oil?
Yes the oil that he mentioned is way too much …it made my cake super oily

For those using OTG oven preheat at 180° for 10 minutes and then bake at 180° for about 30-35 minutes (approx)

tried this and i was so impressed with the texture. It’s soft, alittle dense, and has a chew to it. It’s extremely moist!! I think what attributed to this was the 5% yogurt I used. Great recipe, thank you for sharing 🙏🏼

I don't usually comment on CZcams but I couldn't resist myself from doing this. Trust me this is one of the best chocolate cake recipes I've tried so far. Just for the sake of my tastebuds, I added 1Tsp of coffee powder in this (you can add more according to your preference). And OMG how amazingly it enhances the taste. Loved this one.❤

Only thing I recommend when baking this is if it doesn’t come out fully baked, put it in the microwave for an additional 1 min 30 sec

You can also use an oven if you have one. I made this recipe and put it in the oven at 175 for approx 35 mins

This looks amazing . But i have a doubt , why does the cake tastes better when you use convection mode rather than using micro mode
I think it's because convection mode bakes cake slowly from the edges to the center and microwave bakes it all together
I just made this..... but doesn't taste any good.....it could be coz my mistake but cake tasted little rubbery
I'm a 15 year old and I bake a lot of cakes commercially.. so I wanted a good red velvet cake recipie and tried out your eggless recipie... I want to pass on this feedback and please take it constructively.. the cake was sticky and not flaky as in when we try to powder it a red velvet cake should get crumbled easily which was not the case with your recipie..
That's the problem with a lot of eggless cakes which is why I never bake cakes that don't have eggss

Actually it's eggless cake so there's no need for vanilla essence but for egg cakes vanilla essence is required to get rid of smell.
