Chocolate Cupcakes With Chocolate Buttercream Frosting| Easy, Fluffy Cupcakes with Eggless option

- We all love chocolate cupcakes, don't we? I'm happy to share a simple, easy, fool-proof chocolate cupcakes recipe that is sure to make you happy!
I also share an eggless option in this recipe, if you don't consume eggs.
These cupcakes are moist, soft, fluffy and very delicious. Even better with the chocolate buttercream frosting which is super smooth and creamy!

For Chocolate Cupcakes
1½ cups (180 g) all purpose flour
¾ cups (90 g) cocoa powder
1 tsp (4 g) coffee powder
½ tsp (3 g) baking soda
1 tsp (4 g) baking powder
¾ cup (180 ml) vegetable oil
1½ cups (300 g) sugar
2 eggs
½ tsp (2.5ml) vanilla extract
¾ cup (180ml) milk + 1 tsp (2.5ml) white vinegar, mixed together and rested for at least 5 minutes
For buttercream
1/2 cup (100 g) butter
1 cup (130 g) icing sugar
1/4 cup (30 g) cocoa powder

Hi,Shivesh,I am preparing for my practice entry exam here in Canada,I have stopped cooking,and baking months ago,to save my time, but Today you and your recipe made me to try this once,am gonna take sometime to bake this tomorrow..hopefully this will turn out delicious.
I tried this recipe exactly as you told. Just that I hadn't had silicon molds so I used 3 bowls instead. It came out great just as shown! However when I tasted it, it tasted more like brownie. So while it was still hot, I added that chocolate syrup that you've shown and on the top of it I added vanilla ice cream. And guess what!? It tasted EXACTLY as brownie sundae 🍨😋 thanks a ton ,my family loved it! Lots of Love from Planet Ayurveda.

Simple ingredients that can be found easily. Even for the frosting. I don't get from where do people get their whipping creams... It is just next to impossible for me to get whipping cream even in Delhi (Online/ Offline). Either you don't find it in stores or it is always OOS online.
All you are left with is whipping powder or fresh cream!!!
Anyways, the cupcakes look yummmy!!! Worth a try. 👍

For Chocolate Cupcakes
½ cups (60 g) all purpose flour
¼ cups (30 g) cocoa powder

yogurt = 2 tbsp + 2 tsp

Just a quick recommendation. Now that you have uploaded sooo many recipes I think you should make a playlist for the recipes....it's a bit hard to explain but I will give you an example let's say oreo for example you should make a playlist with all the oreo recipes so that it is easier for the viewers to find your recipe because you such an excellent Baker and have made sooo many recipes.
