I was interested in this game when I first heard about it. Thanks for the review. I watch your channel religiously for your thoughts.
This was coming out on console?! That's wild.
This sounds super intense. Damn.
OMG! I Love this game and i can't wait to play it on the nintendo switch😆
Is it pretty easy to get the ending you want on your first playthrough?
Wait why is the voice in Japanese if it's set in Taiwan 😂
Also Rabi Ribi poster on the wall!
Is voice acting exclusive to the switch version?
Glad to see taiwanese games reaching an international audience!
It's on PS5 store :)
Stockholm Syndrome the game? lol
Looks pretty interesting though ngl. I like the overall level of interactiveness and that choices apparently matter quite a bit.
Will definitely keep an eye on it.
That’s what I originally titled it haha but I thought people would get mad :P
Bought it a couple weeks ago. None of the characters had any real charm to them. This was especially painful because there's only 3 including the protagonist. The right decisions felt arbitrary (which is par for the course) but it felt like no matter what I did the game was all about being beaten and lectured by the kidnappers. The author was determined to express that an "understanding" must be achieved with the girls to reach the true ending but didn't make me want to understand them. I was meant to feel guilty for trying to escape and sympathetic as the older sister worked out her abandonment/daddy issues by beating a bound man she had a knife-point.
I mean what did you expect from kidnappers that hates the rich? To not beat you up? The beatings do make sense in the context of the game. Don’t think the girls where meant to be that likeable until you started understanding the reasoning for doing things and cause of the theme of the game of the world being unfair and the bad circumstances some people can get stuck in life with. Also at a certain point she does basically stop beating you even if it is somewhat close to the end of the game cause that’s when she starts to understand and sympathize with the bound man.
@@Wallie33.This, the relation between you and de girl is understandable, a person who have lost everything and hate rich people believing their are all like tv characters (all this while being anxious because the kidnap) will not treat you well just because you want it
@@hopa5433 Yep, glad to see someone here that understands this. Surprisingly a good amount of people don’t get this from the game.
@@Wallie33. I suppose a lot of people think that the little girl is some type of generic cute anime character that does nothing in tbe story but at least for me is necessary to understand how they see the world
Do you get to pick which girl to romance and lay the pipe down on 🤣
Is not a Hentai/Romance game so no 😅.
i have zero sympathy for the kidnappers lol. i think most people who grew attached to them is because they are drawn as cute girls.
Welcome to anime my friend, where many more absurdity is excused because of the same reason, like those 9yo lolis wearing a questionably depraved outfit, with the excuse of "Oh no officers she's actually a 1000 years old dragon, so it's okay right?, it's still technically legal for her to dress like a borderline prostitute"
I mean yeah, I mean i agree that they being cute girls does help at making them a bit more likeable. But even looking at it just writing wise their is enough good reason for the reader to understand the kidnappers to a certain extent at least and to have some sympathy even if the kidnappers where male or something. Like for example let’s say the big sister was a grown man trying to help his younger brother and his backstory was basically about the same as it is right now in the game. With just that even if it was a male I think there is still some sympathy some people might have, they being female just makes it a little easier to get sympathy.
@@kraney195On this VN they weren’t dressed like prostitutes tho.
Simps 😂
