what choices do you have to apply in order to get this ending?
All the steps that I took to achieve this ending are listed here in a Steam guide: store.steampowered.com/app/766280/A_Light_in_the_Dark/?snr=1_7_15__13
But basically all you have to do is finish Ending 0, repeat it (or load a save near the Ending 0) and there should be a new choice when you escape that lets you get this ending.

Wow I didn’t know this existed until now. I finished it way before it came so seeing this now really makes me feel better since all the endings before were depressing as hell but I thought that was how it was suppose to be, so when I found out about this it was a big surprise.

Something I realized about this ending here, through the game it seems all the art is done from the protag's perspective, and in the final shot the girls turn to smile at someone implying he is with them in that final shot with them eating cake. This ending is so wholesome.

Really liked this ending, I followed a guide to reach there but found it strange that after the credits you see that new lovely art, but then there was no dialogue... I legit thought I had fucked up something in my game, so I wanted to check the ending on youtube, and seems like this is it.
Certainly more pleasant than any of the originals, I really just wanted a tiny bit of dialogue there for closure, but oh well.
This may be a rather stupid idea, but I had it ever since the start of the game. If they're basically hunted and need money that badly, why don't they just move into the house of the mc? Not to turn this into some stupid dating sim (as if everyone would've tried for this ending if they weren't pretty..) but I would imagine it's rather beneficial for both. The MC would be able to take care of them and wouldn't be so lonely and secluded, and they'd have someone to pay for their living costs and all, maybe while they're getting work somewhere else, dyeing their hair or stuff if needed.

The big sis has distrust to every rich people. Since the MC is rich, she really can't trust a word that the MC will say. Just check Days 1 and 2 to see how much she doesn't believe in you

I'm assuming she spent some time in Jail, and years later when she finally got released, the three reunite again and eat some cake
