      really glad it helped. This works for grey too. It's exactly the same principle, mix your complementarys but just add white.

    Sarah, thanks so much for this awesome video and detailed information for mixing browns. I will take the time and watch the video again and follow your guidance. This video came at the right time! I am planning to paint a Doberman for my son who has one. I have been taking pictures to get a good one for the painting.     Actually orange is the warmest color.

      Actually…I think she means in the primary sense.

      @@sylvianblue Maybe that's what she meant, but red is also not a primary color. When it comes to paint and ink, primaries are magenta, cyan, and yellow. Look up "subtractive primaries".
