At first I thought it would just be a single player black dessert but wow! I saw the witcher, I saw ghost of tsushima, I saw GTA, I saw Assassin's Creed, I saw Dragons Dogma, I saw Monster Hunter, I saw shadow of colossus, I saw dark souls, I saw Zelda.

Crimson Desert was supposedly a prequel to the famous Black Desert Online but Pearl Abyss saw its potential to be a stand-alone IP and changed it from MMO to a single-player open world. It was originally announced to be released back in the Winter of 2021 but it was further delayed due to the pandemic and the further development.
The back and forth decision of either making it an MMO or Single-Player also further delays the release that but Pearl Abyss finally decided to make it as a stand-alone IP and a Single-player.
It is said that this game would likely to come out sometime in 2024.
You’ll play the role of the main character Macduff the Mercenary and recruit different companions as you journey to the war torn continent of Pywel.

The creator of this game is indeed Pearl Abyss, the same creator of Black Desert Online. But so far that we know, this game will be a Single Player Game (Someone said "with Co-Op" before... Hope that is true).

I'm all for single player games. And if they made BDO, that means they must be good.
I'm hoping for Square Enix Final Fantasy level quality...

I hope there is character customization, being able to chose to play as a male or female.
With Black Desert's nice customization, it does kind of raise expectations for that to be transferred over to this game.
