You cannot keep it until a year
Store as powder form only in deep freezer make stock and use it within 2-3 months

We call it Reagent bottle or dropper bottle. Try from Vasa Scientific and co
CA = coautoclavable with other media components. F = filter sterlize. CA/F = coautoclavable with other media components, however, some loss of activity may occur. This can be compensated for by increasing component concentration. Component may be filter sterilized.

How can we store stock solution of bavistin?
Hi man, great video! One question about PPM plant preservative mixture, do you use it?; I see some companies selling this to avoid contamination, very expensive, can we make some ourselves using fungicid and antibacterial solution? I did find Miconazole nitrate in Daktarin powder(medical talk fungal infection) any ideas?
No I don't use PPM. Without adding any antimicrobial agents it is possible to get contamination free cultures with practice and maintaining proper sterile ambience.
If you want you can add, but it might affect the culture.

Yes I have made a separate video on filter sterilization which is there in my channel do watch it. In microwave the temp and pressure is not controlled.

KOH is better as NaOH (dissociated sodium ion) is not favorable for plant growth. What are your thoughts on this?
A few drops of NaOH is added to dissolve so that wont affect the plants. And sodium is a macro element required for plant growth and development. So naoh is better than koh bcoz high concentration of potassium is more damaging than sodium

Hi, it depends on the type of instrument. So better to ask the person who is incharge of that instrument.

No not required you can set up a home lab also to experiment and study
The only problem is Laminar Air Flow unit coz it is very costly..

What do you mean by hormonal confirmation?
Conformation means whether the hormone is in cis or trans position.
Here In Germany NaOh is called Natronlauge. But now Im calling it Änaewitch myself 😂😂
