Never get boured of your lecture regarding any topic .magic in ur teaching sir.keep doing more videos
Bored*
I was really scared about the topic(Tissue Culture) as I want to try but no one explains as you did, so here I am, already ordered expensive media and other stuffs from himedia ,
so no matter how it ends (my experiments), I really want to tell "thank you" for the info,
it is very good! keep the good work!
Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
Thank you for this wonderful lecture, Sir.
I have some questions for you:
Why is it difficult to regenerate whole plants from protoplasts?
Why does Agrobacterium prefer to infect dicots?
What's the good thing about using protoplasts for plant transformation if it's difficult to regenerate?
I'd be grateful if you could answer my questions :D
Sir u explain really well
I like your teaching
It has been very helpful to me
Very simple
Sir really you are amazing. really no words to thank for your very precious class...very useful to me ty so much.
sir...really ur videos are very useful to me thank you very much...it makes me to understand the syllabus vey clearly
I am interested in plant hormones and how to obtain these hormones in their unmixed forms as I would like to do an experiment to know the best ratio for initial growth such as in rooting hormones.
Do you have any information on this?
Thank you so much for clearing our doubts and letting us understand each and every topics of biology in a very simple and easy manner 😁👍🙏
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures

Thank you so much sir for sharing your knowledge and clearing our evry questions...I was extremely scared for particular this culture technique 🙏🙏& Sir... now I use vedio for MSc. Preparation 😊😊
I love you man, I use your video for my job interview tomorrow.
Glad it helped
Selected or not?

thank you sir .ur videos r very good.
but sir I have a question that can we use cell for tissue culture from developed flowers?
It's me saranya.... I am studying biotechnology .... Really really useful video ur all videos clearly understanding......
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
hats off sir , very nicely explained👏
Are the products of clonal propagation gonna be just as same (identical) as the parent plant?....I meant will they be exactly alike not only in looking but also in physiology?
Sir, is there any video of urs of organogenesis in plants.
Sir i want about vitro cultures, no is giving a right exactly. Ple
Great videos of biology ...keep it up .....thanks.
Is biology your main subject you studied and worked with for the plants? I work with wholesale nursery myself . I been studying plants for many years. I probably don’t have all the biological plant knowledge as much as you though. I am more specialist within the cuttings and seed area of plants. And yes , I know heaps about plants. I got a big white bourd too. But I am more for showing people the general aspects about plants other then going into deep biological detail about 🌱 plants.
My questions...
How do you study this? Example..
Do you write information in your own journal?
Do you always quiz yourself?
Do you research from actually experimenting on the plants?
Do you grow your own plants?
Nice video ! Your amazingly knowledgeable!
What about grafted plants? If i want to do tissue culture with grafted plant which parts tissue should i take? Is it possible to have advantages of both grafted plants in one cultured plant?
Well what about the agar and broth in this process?
Sir is there any video for embryo culture?
Thank you sir your videos helps me a lot...
Would seed starter soil suffice for the artificial environment soil?
sr plzz make a video about "effects of physical environment on tissue culture"
Your way way of teaching feels me spellbound .wow.
We struggle a lot in Labs to get a Perfect Ex-Plant, thus totipotency is not a feacture of all parts of the plant as explained in 1:02 But overall generally its a good explanation. Thanks
Is whole callus tissue develops into a single plant or we can use callus cells for further propagation.?
It is my last semester in Bsc in biotechnology.. In this sem plant biotechnology is vital part in my syllabus... Thank you sir for helping me understanding this topic.. your lectures and teaching style make difficult topics too much easy..

Nice lecture on cell/tissue culture, very good basics.. however, there are some breeding methods that you mentioned there which are not clear,, what do you mean by cell breeding and natural breeding of course the latter makes some sense but what of the former please?
Hello sir , can you please suggest me the topic for PHD research in plant tissue culture?
Very clear lecture
Thank you
Sir i want help. Can you please suggest me is we can easily do research on plant tissue culture? Is it so difficult? Kindly reply
awesome teaching skills sir
sir what is the diffrence between clonal propagation & micropropagation .. pls answer .. ..
I'm guessing it would be very difficult to propagate a tissue culture of a GMOed plant (by way of plasmids in agrobacteria) at home(?). You have to use a small enough tissue sample in order to use antibiotics as a selector...
Very nice ur way of explanation is tremandous... 😄😄😄
sir, what's the best artificial light? there are many kinds of lighting, LED or CFL? warm white or cool white? thanks
