Can these exercises be done while trying for conception?
The exercises are really good. But i do not know for how long i should do this session of exercise. Should i do this todat and then do another one tomorrow and not do this one again. Or repeat this for a month and do another exercise? Is what i m bothered as i want to loose weight and build muscle. This channel is really good
Hi, @ayeenshafeeu9745! I really appreciate your input. We do have followers who do different exercises everyday, some who do the same workout until they see results. Personally, I suggest that you do the same workout for a week just to see what results it's going to yield and then try a variety of exercises the following week. But then again, you should still be the one to decide which works best for you. I hope this helps :) Good luck and let me know how it goes!💪
