I recommend you have at least 1 person help you get inside the spider-man costume and zip you up.
First you enter the boots of the spider man costume, then you pull up the costume until your hips. Now enter the arms of the spider-man suit and make sure the hands are in the right position. When the arms are in place you can insert your head into the costume's mask, that has a 3D printed face shell inside. Be careful not to force the zipper, which begins and ends underneath your arm pits. What you see me do is grab hold of the zipper on both ends so that Steve can easily slide into the suit. Once the spider man suit is worn, the zipper can't be forced any more and Steve a.k.a. spiderman can make any move he wants.
Always spend some time making sure everything is in the correct position, and possible wrinkles are removed. This film shows how I put everything in place after the suit is worn:

Nice suit! A shame it only really fits for movies or photoshoots. It would be a hell wearing at a convention, because you need to eat, drink and use the restroom once in a while. But nice job done, and even if it's non practical, it looks amazing!
+DavidsenRecords actually a lot of cosplayers at con skip eating and the bathroom, i do. i'm very sparing with my fluid intake during con day so i don't have to try to remove and put back on my cosplay as most of them have many parts and are very complicated to get into and out of. generally, unless it's an emergency, once in costume i don't get out of any of it for 8 hours.

I mean it wasn't a seperate piece in the movie
+comawithfriends In the first film it was part of the flat print, in the second and third film it was a separate raised foam latex piece, much like the urethane emblem here. Yuri's suit is based off of the later design.
+comawithfriends +Zachary Luna Zachary is right, the only thing I still find odd is that if you look at movie stills you'll see the brick pattern on the back spider, while it was never on the physical suit. So they must have added it in post production.The bricks make it seem the spider is part of the pattern, but it really wasn't.
