Shortcut for the emblem. Fold a paper in half. Draw half the spider starting from the fold. Cut out while folded.
Unfold and boo yah you're left with a symmetrical spider that's perfect for half the effort of what Kai said to do

I only do this because of the foam I use being too thick and my scissors not being sharp enough, but yeah this works!

totally agreed. I'd like to see a high budget spiderman movie with a low budget suit. that would be realistic. Im not a fan of that spider logo tho

My first & last experience making a Spider-Man cosplay was when I was 7. I walked into a random kid’s neighbourhood birthday party and stole their life sized Spider-Man balloon. I then cut it open from the back and tried to wear it, as if I was a gimp spider-man. Safe to say that spidey balloons aren’t meant to be worn, since I basically almost suffocated.

This is basically what I imagine Peter's first suit would realistically look like.
This is just my opinion, I feel like this is something that Peter would make for his first suit if he was real (after the homemade/wrestler suit) and I love it!
I love how this actually looks like a homemade Spider man suit. In the raimi movies Peter draws the perfect classic suit and then ends up with the Human spider. It dosent even look like he tried to make his classic suit. 1 day he wakes up and just has the 100k$ suit. This suit actually looks like something Peter would make with his limited resources ass opposed to something that looks like it had a whole different design philosophy.
I always wanted to make my very own spider-man suit but i don't know how so this will be a great video to learn from plus it's from psm the guy who literally based his channel to spider-man so im excited. Oh and the suit in the thumbnail looks awesome it's like he merged the classic suit and the homemade suit

I think it might be beneficial to get a whole sweat suit in blue so you can get a matching color for the blue portions :)
You could get a blue spandex morph suit and put the sweater pieces on that so the blue matches. And it's less baggy but idk if people like the baggyness or not

I love this sm! It really really makes me realize I could definitely try my hand at cosplay, its always been something I wanted to do but thought was too hard. But your channel and some of the other spideys tubers really push me to make my dreams a reality! Also I didn't know psm could move like that, haha actually clean af jumps
One thing about finger less gloves, is that wouldn't it be easier for more Tech savvy Spider-Man villains, or just the Police with a forensic crew, to figure out who Spider-Man is? Sure it's not completely scientific, but probably enough to work in a comic story

I've been making spiderman suits for about 6 years and I like watching these kind of videos because it relaxes me
I do want a part 2 with more advanced way of making the suit but this one is pretty good for something this simple
this reminded me of the type I made a batman costume in halloween 2020, I basically got a black batman shirt, put it over a sweater, bought the cape, cowl and gloves, then wear black sweat pants and I could have made it perfect if I simply didn't wear white shoes
