Dude this is a really serious idea. The public transport line could do something like a party waggon, with dj's a bar and alcohol. I'm quite sure it would be profitable. And for my country public transport conpanys are in debt! So it would be win- win. Guests have cool sound in a unique atmosphere and the companys can stock up their income with sells of alcohol and other stuff!

He was there before the birth of Drum & Bass & would play Rare-groove & Acid House in the 80's. He's a few years older than you, if it makes you feel any better haha!
