if you notice at 3:04, a beam strikes the tail rotor of one of the helicopters, then at 3:06 Superman zooms by. at 3:07 another beam strikes the second helicopter and at 3:08 we actually see Superman burst into the second chopper. it’s very subtle but a very cool detail.

@@MysticMayne I read somewhere that rocksteady wanted to do a Superman centric game at one point, but they were told no for some reason.
Because its hard to make a game where you can win every fight and can barely be harmed, but also can't be super over the top because that's not the character. There's a reason those kinds of games are generally based around comedy. Superman's stories are generally based around interpersonal stuff and drama, not action since most of the time its rarely a threat. Really, the best game for superman might be done with the phoenix wright guys instead of rocksteady.

Anyone else thinks that a teleporting Captain Boomerangs is weird but makes sense considering how he would stand against the fastest man alive.
Boomerang's son actually has limited super speed like that, it seems like they borrowed the concept from him.

Looking at how Arkham Knight turned out, they don't have a Flawless track record.

Think realistically here....there’s no such thing as a “perfect game”. There’s also no objectively “BAD” Arkham game. Each game was masterfully done, take out the annoying tank sequences from Knight and you have an amazing game. Not to mention the fluid and solid gameplay from Knight (besides the tank).
@@Spacebattler True, although I think a lot of that was the fault of Iron Galaxy, the dev team they contracted to do the PC port. Bugridden on release to the point that they eventually offered a full refund to anyone who wanted it.
Once those were ironed out, though, I thought a lot of the gameplay was pretty good. The combat and predator modes were still fun, continuing to innovate on the previous games. I thought the Batmobile was overpromoted, a few of the side missions (e.g. Firefly) were underdeveloped, and Scarecrow's and the Knight's plan was the usual holey mess, but the moments between Oracle, Jim, Ivy(!), and Batman facing his inner demons were up there with Strange, Quinn, and of course Joker from the previous games. I think Rocksteady's attention to detail and gameplay still made it through the port-related bugs.

I hope the group would have their independent stats and have advantages and disadvantages. For example:
Harley would be well rounded, but wouldn't excel at any of the stats
Boomerang would be high Mobility, but his Attack is lacking
Deadshot would be a strong Attacker, but his Defense is pretty weak
And King Shark would be pretty Defensive, yet his Mobility is low
I like that idea. But considering she was an Olympic-level gymnast, I think Harley deserves top-tier mobility.
It’s so weird now seeing King Shark saying complete sentences.
I hope they don’t gunn him up just cuz the movie did well. I love rocksteady and insomniac’s unique take on the characters.

Ah, to go back to this nice cinematic trailer, the sass and banter between the squad, the less serious but fun tone, jokes actually landing, how they express their personalities effortlessly through dialog and combat style, and even some reverence towards the classic heroes. Joker was overhyped and was meh aqua man was pretty bad also and Shazam was okay it could’ve been better in areas

I like the concept of all 4 of them having different options for movement. Boomerang has teleportation via his... Boomerangs... Harley has a grappling hook, Deadshot has a jetpack, and King Shark just jumps around everywhere he needs to go.

If that's teleportation then the USA is found in Asia.
Deadshot basically just Boba Fett in this version

Rocksteady was legit gonna make a superman game instead of this one. It had a similar premise. Brainiac mind controls most of justice league. Superman has to snap all of them out of his control one by one. WB rejected it

It'd be cool if, when playing as deadshot, you couldn't shoot unless there was an enemy nearby, and he actually never missed.

Just noticed this: when Boomer walks in to ask who they're after, neither Shark or Harley look at him after pointing at Superman, but Deadshot does. I can't shake the idea that Deadshot totally wanted to see Boomer's reaction to the reveal while Shark and Harley were more concerned about Supes. I can't tell if that's hilarious, petty or both.
Ture plus the looks on Shark's and Harley's face as Supes kills the pilot is just showing like "oh hell this sucks/What the hell happened to Superman?"
The truth is Deadshot knew Boomer was playing dumb, because he saw him aim that boomerang to blame on shark.

The pettiness between the two of them is my favorite part of the comics

@@theliato3809advertising is a magical thing. Some person in Rocksteady released a trailer even before the game was even made, and consumers bought it up. The “vibes” were an illusion all along.

@@mr.humdinger1362 to me it seemed like he has some aspect of the speed force possibly since he's one of the flash's main villains. You also see harley swinging around with a grapple gun similar to batman's.
