Probably don't remember, but I'm the guy that asked about moss in a frog enclosure a few weeks ago, and how to keep it alive- just wanted to say that your advice actually helped a ton, and the moss has actually "rooted" and seems to be pretty healthy. So thank you for taking the time to help a random subscriber with an irritating problem 🤙
What advice did u get bc i got the same problem 😅😂
That is awesome to hear! Like I say, I reply to every comment :)
Basically said it needs to stay wet/damp
@@MikeTytula i do that but it still dies🥲
Shoot me a message on IG or discord and we can chat there about the setup and lighting
Just discovered you guys tonight; I'm just joining the hobby and feel so grateful to have found you. Looking forward to all the wonderful videos, thank you!!!
Glad you enjoy the channel! Definitely make sure to tune into more videos than just the reptile room tours

Awesome!! So glad I could help! Thanks for reaching out :)
You’re probably the best you tuber not only to see a beautiful animal collection- bit also a beautiful plant collection.
Thanks Lori! Much appreciated :)
I am drinking mountain dew.
Thank you for that disclaimer, it's so important to say.
Also I can't thank you enough for uploading content! I used to be a reptile keeper and had to quit for medical reasons. Getting to live through you is so wonderful and seeing your love and care for these creatures is so great.
Ohhh mountain dew is awesome! Glad you enjoy the videos and can kind of live vicariously through the videos. I would highly recommend checking out the twitch stream, I livestream looking after the animals and building tanks.
im having a cup of creamy tomato soup cause i just got my wisdom teeth out lol. thanks for keeping me entertained!
Well hopefully you enjoy the video and enjoy the creamy tomato soup!
Luv the tours but it's Takydromus all every day for me. Potentially the best pet for small spaces. So glad you introduced them to me.
Glad you enjoy them! They are wicked little creatures!
Beautiful animals!😊
Thanks! Enjoy the video!
Always interesting to see what new developments are going on in the room.
Glad to hear hopefully you watched the whole thing!
awesome stuff man. one of the best collections out there
Thanks for watching man, and thanks for the kind words!
Lovely to see Striker, he is truly the OG.
Thanks for watching! Didn't realize you watched the reptile room tours!
Also so excited for Sheldon’s upgrade. You’ve got a lot of exciting things happening!
Definitely a lot going on!
Can’t wait for Eurydactylodes care guide!
It will be coming! Thankfully they are all basically the same care!
Such an awesome collection you have! Can’t wait to get those Takydromus smaragdinus!!!
Heck ya just over a week!
It is so lovely and supercool, how much respect you always pay to your girlfriend Bree, amazing! Thank you for showing your awesome reptile room!
Of course! She deserves all the credit that I try and give her!
Thanks for the awesome videos, I can tell how much work you put in to your reptile room! I have a Sahara Uromastyx and she is insane! yours look so nice, mine will never let me come close to the enclosure without getting anxiety.
Thanks for the kind words! How long have you had it for?
@@MikeTytula just sense January, but I plan on someday having a whole collection of em’
@@ODiggitys-Reptiles It takes a long time to build trust with them.
@@MikeTytula yeah mines a long term captive
you dont make enough content. give me more you big canada man. you can post 5 min vids talking about each species you have, something, anything. Give me more!
Hahaha I'm a busy guy! I try my hardest but there are so many things on the go all the time. I appreciate the comment and am trying to get more videos out.
@@MikeTytula happy to know that your busy, just hope its in an enjoyable way. Cheers!
Sometimes yes, sometimes just life...
The new tank that was showcased. What kind/brand of enclosure is it? It looks super sleek!
haha I custom made it.
love these updates keep doing what your doing
Thanks so much! New one coming this week!
Loveee this room so many pretty animals!!
Thanks so much for watching! Glad to enjoyed!
a banger so far... as always!
Thanks Coley! Enjoy!
Tutti I tuoi terrari ed esemplari sono stupendi! Complimenti 😊👍
Grazie mille!😊👍
Looks like you have some orchids in the new tank? There's an orchid show around Valentines Day each year in Toronto that's cool, if you're ever looking for more
I go to every one :) I don't get many orchids there though. This last one was INSANE
@@MikeTytula yes lol its more crowded than a reptile show. People get turnt for orchids
I was talking to one of the organizers after it and begged them for a larger location
Great video as always
Thanks for watching!
The Grass Lizards are super chilled. cool.
They are fantastic!
Awesome video as always! Can you remind me where you got your small metal feeding dishes from? Ive been on the hunt lately.
We buy our from reptilesrus
I love the beaded geckos and their enclosure so much
Bree did a great job on that tank!
Mike: "maybe you'll learn about a new reptile... That will intrigue you..."
[Shows Fijian Iguana while saying]
Everyone in the US: Goddamn it!
hahaha there is a method to my madness!
1:00:35 we love the pattern on Arkham's head 😆
It's a sweet head pattern!
Where to you get your fruit flys? I’m also in Canada fairly close to Toronto! Also love your content💯🔥
We make and sell them!
Love the video! My wife and I are slowly but surely working our way up to having a whole reptile room.
Also do you have any recommendations on where to get a pied ball python and a California king?I’ve been looking online but I’m very iffy on trusting online breeders, any ones that are legit and not outrageously priced?
Honestly it totally depends where you are located. I would consider find a local reptile expo to go to. Granted not everyone who vends at expos are good, but you will be able to find some nicer quality there.
Loooooove your videos!!!
Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed!
Where did you get those info signs from?? And your room is MINT!!
Thanks so much! They are Cloud forest designs
one of the original keepers!!!!! as always, outstanding
That is true! Thanks so much, things have definitely changed
@@MikeTytula for the better. 💯. I'm jealous about ur holidays next year. That's a dream vacation seeing them in there natural habitat.
The colombia trip?
@@MikeTytula ya, I've always wanted to see komodo dragons. I kept a ornate monitor but he died at 5 years old. My corn snake died a few days later, my vet put it down to the mice because it was the only link. Ironically I was sent a recall on them a few days later. I was gutted. We have a horns frog and are getting some red belly toads soon. I'm wanting to get darts eventually.
Komodo dragons aren't anywhere near Colombia haha
I wish a room like this. so beattiful
Lots of work
I think you should get some long tailed grass lizards (Takydromus sexlineatus), I know it’s kinda basic, but why not?
I hve two other species and as much as I would love the sexlinatus, we don’t have space honestly.
Another banger tour, Mike! But wait a minute....You've been sitting on Madagascar content this whole time?! How could you?! Get a move on lol
Thanks for watching! And it'll be worth it! haha
Where did you get the cork panel/boards from? (for the new histrionica build)
I supply them here locally. To people that need them
Where do you get those identification stickers for the enclosures
Cloud Forest designs
Just chugged some vodka rescuing a 3 year old female bearded dragon just got a baby a month ago and I’ve had a chameleon for a while you seem great love the vid
What a wild comment hahah.
Have you thought about getting a Super dwarf retic
I have thought about it, but we have no space haha
What do you use for lights mike?
We use mostly Sunblaster and Arcadia
Where is the uromastyx and skinks tanks from?
Same guy that made the fijian banded iguana, Hammer habitats.
Hi! Where did the boiga dendrophila go?
Hey! Bree wanted to focus on the nigriceps, so he now lives with Kayla :)
should i get a corn snake or a ball python as my first snake
Which ever you research the most.
Minty!
Hahaha cheers
best!
Thanks for watching!
@@MikeTytula it`s always an inspiration to see these nice tanks full of life 🙂
Thanks! That means a lot! :)
Do you breed your own insects to help cut down feeding costs ? Im sure you have stated so in a previous vid, I was just curious. Im starting a Dubia colony that is going pretty good for my reps. Your guys and gals look happy and healthy. Very nice set ups.
Dubia aren't legal here yet, so we buy crickets but we buy them for wholesale costs
@@MikeTytulaup
Not me watching this the second I get the notification🫣
Glad you do!
0:06 what frog is that
Cruziohyla craspedopus
So how do we enter for the hoggy give away?! 🙂
Just make sure you are following us on Instagram and we’ll announce it there whenever he is ready to go
I am actually having a cup of tea 😅 Earl Grey with a touch of oatmilk
haha that is awesome! Great flavour choice too!
I'm drinking apple juice.
Great choice!
I love keeping animals but the hassle with insect is a little too much for me. I would love to get more reptiles but feeding them can get expensive in the long run, unless you breed your own insect but that needs a little skill. luck and time to be sustainable
Ya they are definitely not a cheap investment. They are much cheaper to maintain than a dog though, so it all depends on how you look at and what reptile you are talking about specifically.
@@MikeTytula Yes exactly! That's why I have tons of reptiles and still expanding😂😭 1 or 2 reptiles is doable but as soon as you get to 10, you go through so many insects its insane😂
Ya exactly, especially if you have beardies or monitors or something.
🐼🐼🐼🐼
What?
How much is he
How much is who?
Vers vers good
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed!
Уыцяцыыыы
lol what?
I haven’t been on the channel in sooo long. Love the videos but where’s Tig?🥹
Wow it has been years since you have been here hahah! I gave her to my friend in my home town.
