    As a Program Director at Sociocracy For All, Ted leads an advanced program for trainers, consultants, and practitioners who want to implement sociocratic self-management in their organizations and communities. He has been working in this role for over five years, and is also a certified sociocracy consultant by the International Sociocracy Certification Board.
    His passion is to create and support collaborative systems that foster willingness, dignity, and interdependence among people and with their environment. He believes that governance is part of a transformation that helps us be better humans.
    He has written 3 books - one of them is considered a reference book on sociocracy.
    As a volunteer, he serves as a board member of the Center for Nonviolent Communication, a global organization that promotes compassionate communication and conflict resolution.

    Garin is an award-winning Organisation Development and Design consultant with over 18 years’ experience. He has supported leading organisations in London, Asia Pacific, Middle East , India and Sydney in achieving their strategic objectives. He has experience working with companies of all different sizes and sectors including Legal & General, BNP Paribas and Citigroup. Garin is Chair of the #CIPD London Organisation Development, Design, Culture & Transformation Group and Co-Chair of CIPD Central London. In these roles he delivers regular events that support the development of the OD&D and HR profession. Garin is a regular speaker and writer on Organization Development. He is HRZone's OD Columnist.
    Garin is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and his qualifications include an MSc in Systemic Leadership and Organisational Development and a BA (Hons) in Business from Northumbria University.
