Right, well basically this has convinced me to get a professional to do mine :D
Been waiting all week for this!
We miss you so much ❤
Haha at the mosquito. Also glad I am not the only one not knowing what I am doing when it comes to working on the bikes. I got a few more upgrades coming before I start submitting photos
R.I.P little mosquito. I’m sure you lived a semi-long life full of blood and happiness but your fate was set with 🔥 You will definitely not be missed by us 🤙🏻 #teamsnap #teampatreon
Another fantastic vid
8:45 #teamsnap knows the fate of that mosquito 👌
Lol I was trying to wrap my Forks gold and had about the same success you guys did lmao
You need 100% patience level to wrap anything. At 12:45 am we we’re running on empty lol
Liked for that sexy wrap job 🔥🔥🔥
Good thing I live close to Steady Garage. Looks like I'll just have them instal the racing bro internals in my forks. Me and fire don't mix lol
Smart man lol
Do you need to remove the bottom end to replace the fork seals?
Yes
you should all do wheelies in a big conga line
"Basically I Just Have To Put It In The Hole,"That's what she said😂
I remember this night :D. Glad i could help with the top caps of the stock springs :P.
Hey man, I'm installing my racingbros inserts now and notice they clunk right at the top, the start of travel. Do you have this problem? I also noticed the length of the spring and rod together are 7mm shorter than stock. Seems like there is heaps less preload on the racingbros spring.... Not sure if that's the reason for the clunk.
2017 and newer have spacers you have to install where OG groms don’t. That’s all I can think of, maybe you didn’t install the spacers if you’re on a newer grom than ours which is OG
@@Photogromer yeah I installed the spacers. Just odd. I did a quick google and alot of people have this problem and same with the racetech inserts.... I might just try out ohlins instead
@@KurtGuy anyfix for that ? U already spend 300$ are you gonna return them
@@TheLostAdventuress honestly, I checked everything. I pulled them apart and reassembled 4x over. Played with the oil thickness and all the adjustment and managed to finally get it so mild that if you don't know exactly what your looking for your wouldn't tell. Oh also I ended up shimming the spring too... with a 5mm spacer. I've been riding around on them for like 5 months now and am pretty happy, just been keeping an eye out if they do anything weird or got worse but nope all good. I also used thicker that recommended oil. Can't remember everything exactly seeing it was a few months ago but it worked out in the end but ALOT of labor in it all, if I was doing it from scratch I'd probably go the ohlins inserts just to avoid all my stuffing around.
@@KurtGuy I'm getting the RB cause everyone's says there good idk why some say otherwise . Do u remember what stiffness you got ? 6.5kg? And recommended is 5w oil did u get 7w ?
i looped my mtb during wheelie and my fork snapped hahaha
Loopied my bike last night lol
Any reason why you wanna remove the power pures?
Came with 140s in the back. 130s are stock width, which I prefer. Also, Dunlop offers the TT93s which are the ideal track tire so wanted to run the Dunlop Scootsmarts for street and TT93s for track. Plus I like the tread pattern more on the Dunlop’s.
thanks for your opinion!! i dont do much tracking and was thinking of the power pures for casual spirited backroads roads riding. so mine's not really logical to put track shoes. how is the compound, definitely grippier than other scooter tyres right?
You’re not going to notice any benefit from the scootsmart to the power purée. They are very similar. Comes down to price and what tread you prefer.
You guys didnt pump the shock the center is where it counts
Around the 8:30 spot, I believe that you put the wrong ring on the wrong valving for the shocks. The compression and rebound sides go in different ways. And, I believe that you put them in wrong. Just and observation. I could be wrong, but, I know that those pistons should look exactly the same for the most part.
William Kerry go to 11:20 this is how it was installed and confirmed by the pros at steady garage
Photogromer I did. Got a little excited about this. Watching and commenting. Finished this shortly after commenting
