I think that after the trauma they all experienced on that mountain, Jess is the most damaged. Not only was she heavily injured, but we could see in the police interviews afterwards that she was the most messed-up one mentally. Matt saved her as much as she saved him. Emily, as we could see, was still being as bitchy as ever. Even after Matt goes out of his way to save her (and possibly gets killed by your own gameplay), she is still cursing him and calling him names. I know that couples call each other names and all that crap, but Emily always took it too far by straight-up *bullying* him. Maybe that’s why her and Mike broke-up for, because she bullied Mike just as bad. In the end, I think that Jess will never forget what Matt did for her - by saving her life. They should make a(n) “Until Dawn 2” and make Matt&Jess the end-game 🦋

To be honest, I am not trying to excuse Emily but in the end she did show she cared about Matt, but in her own way. If their relationship is high enough, in the end (if he dies) she does ask about matt if they found him, and regrets so much how she acted and admits "I was such a bitch maybe I could have helped him, maybe I could have saved him". If their relationship is high enough in the end (if he survives) she asks about him asking if he is okay and that she is worried about him, and she says ''I probably wasnt his favorite person for a couple of minutes but he knows how devoted I am to him, he knows, he said he knows right?''. I am not saying that her behaviour towards Matt was justified, it wasnt at all. About her insulting him if he doesnt save her in the tower, we should try to understand her perspective. Imagine you are hanging on for your dear life and out of your mind which shows by her yelling "PLEASE MATT DO SOMETHING" or "PLEASE STOP TALKING I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE'' she is relying so much on him, begging him to save her, and the person that is supposed to be your boyfriend wants to get himself to safety. I feel like we should try to understand other persons perspective on the situation. When Jessica called Matt a dumb oaf Emily immediately responded and said "hey watch it". She seems like a really distrusting type that thinks if someone shows her once that they dont care, then they dont care at all and never cared and she tries to cover it up by acting like she is cold and heartless. But this is just my opinion, I can respect yours too. And they made a bonus chapter of Emily and Matt and their relationship which shows it wasnt that horrible and that they really cared about each other
