3 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp butter, soft
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp (1 packet) rapid rise dry yeast
1 large egg
4 Cups all-purpose flour
4 Tbsp soft or melted butter for brushing

Your Coco bread LOOKS great but next time use bread flour so you wont have to work the dough so hard making too much gluten and never EVER again use processed white sugar, get cane/unprocessed sugar
