For the Movember segment. As someone who has worked in kitchens, baby powder is a short term gain, it can still get clumpy and gets wet and makes rashes get worse. PLEASE don’t use it, and don’t use corn starch. Use Athletes Foot Powder, it works amazingly well! It’s actually a game changer!

Peterson played 5 games and has an 864 this season. Him and Sandstrom are identical stats wise. Ersson is completely gassed. Torts said he knows he over played him. At his current pace he would have played 70 games in a full season. Fedotov just needs time, his gear isn't even broken in yet and we also received Kolosov who is playing in the AHL.

Dentistry should be covered by government health plans. Not just for the confidence and self esteem issues that could be fixed which in turn could fix a lot of individuals problems in other areas as well, but also because bad teeth can lead to heart disease! Being broke or having parents not raise you with good habits shouldn't put your health in question.

My real question is being on an NHL line with Matthews in that scenario how many dozens of accidnetal points does Steve score before he gets his goal. 50? 100? Matthews definitely hits 70 before he gets out :)
The Arizona land auction is not just a matter of having the most money. You have to have a detailed proposal showing what you will do with the property. Very doubtful that there are any other bids.

The Yotes weren't an expansion team. They were moved from Winnipeg. Much like the Nordiques had been yanked out of Quebec, just significantly less successfully. 😒

Steve, if you wanna get a card graded, highly recommend taking a drive out to Elmira to get 'em graded by KSA. They have same-day walk-through service, so you don't have to mail away your cards. Did that with my Gretzky rookie, and was very happy with the service!

For Matthews to have more goals scored with a lower expected goals % than Hyman that makes it literally more impressive lol. That means he has more goals scored in situations where no one is expected to score

Last year, he looked AHL bound. At the start of this year, he looked like a bottom 6. And recently he looks legit top line.
I'm really eager to see what kind of summer he'll get. If he believes he "arrived" he'll become a good player but, if he still has that fire to improve, he'll be unbelievable!

What's more rare.... 70 goals or 100 assists? The thing that seems to be lost in that conversation is not how many players but how many times. 70 goals happened 14 times so far where 100 assists has happened 13 times. It's slightly more even-up looking at rarity from that perspective instead of how many players have done it. After this season it might be even up with 15 of each for how many times.
The truly mind boggling stat is that Gretzky did BOTH in the same year 4 times and Lemieux did it once and nearly a second time.

Ya like yes the NHL is super hard but is it really going to take that long? If you just play enough games to get an empty net goal it might not take long.

The Chess reddit post only works because it's chess, it's all brain and strategy development. The hockey scenario is impossible unless you're in the body of an NHLer. You have to have the strength and speed capabilities to at least compete, then the scenario is possible. Because then it just becomes about developing the skills and you could develop that with time. And even then, it would probably take years or luck.
Jesse, you need to do some more research, Meruelo won't be selling the team to Ryan Smith, the plan is for the NHL to buy the team from Meruelo and then the League to sell it to Ryan Smith.
I'm almost certain Steve could beat a top NHL 24 eSports player within 500 games if it was a continuous loop. It would probably take 3000-4000 games to beat one twice in a row. Chel is just pattern recognition to be honest. I made top 8 in the NHL Gaming World Championship in 2022 and I still lose once every 15 games or so.
