- Next up at the Milsurp Garage is the Beretta 92FS, a double/single-action semiauto pistol that employs an open-slide, short-recoil delayed locking-block system, which yields a faster cycle time and delivers exceptional accuracy and reliability.
This pistol offers a variety of tactical features that make it equally safe, easy to use and dependable in the holster of military personnel as well as for home or personal defense. Its reversible magazine release lets you use either hand for tactical magazine changes, while its ambidextrous safety-decocker makes it flexible for right- or left-handed persons or for shooters trying out different gripping or shooting styles. Its Bruniton finish is highly resistant to sweat and corrosion, and after shooting, a tool-free disassembly latch makes it a snap to take the pistol apart for cleaning. These and countless other useful features make the 92FS the choice of military and police professionals all over the world, as well as individuals wanting the absolute best for sport or self-protection.
Stay tuned! Appreciate the visit.
One of my Favorite “Guntubers”
Right up there with Forgotten Weapons and Small Arms Solutions.
Love the format of the content and the simple format without all the tactical trick shooting lol
Thanks for the kind words. I wonder if I’ll ever get a Gundies nomination.
@@MilsurpGarage those are only for the people who make “top 5” videos or talk about the same bill 50 times a week
Yeah I have to agree with this comment 100%
@@brandonschwietzer8757isn’t that the truth @milsurpgarage the Gundies are a joke people who have been nominated and won. Have said it’s a joke and kinda wish it would stop.
True
Love my 92X RDO Compact... Now I'm concidering getting a "made in Italy" Beretta!
Nice!
Very entertaining video as usual, thanks again.
Appreciate the kind words. Thanks for tuning in!
Thanks for the video! I wanted one of these since the 1980's from all the movies, but I'm not interest in the 9mm round. I've fired one and was reasonably impressed with it, but I prefer a good 1911 and that safety/decocker was just backward to me. I have a lot more respect for this pistol now.
It certainly isn’t a replacement for the 1911, it’s a whole new thing. If you look at it that way it makes a whole lot more sense.
Absolutely great pistols I have had one for many years
I agree. Only had mine for a couple of years but I really feel drawn to shooting it. Thanks for tuning in! Hang
Good video as usual!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the kind words.
Jus love it ....! Picked one up on the 10 of Feb. Made in Italy. I'm also picking up a Sig 320 M17 tomorrow as well! Stepping out of the box is ok, even though I collect older guns 1900 - 1970 or so...! Great review on the 92 FS my friend !
My preferred years as well
You know I was going to agree with you as I have a few with in that time spread. As a matter of fact my oldest is from 1914. But I also have a decent newer collection of stuff as well. I guess I just love em all no matter the year.
The safety is between your ears. Love my M9A4 but that’s because of the 92. My goal was to get a 92 but the M9A3 was released for the military trials. I ended up getting a A3 about 5 years after that. Then a month after I finally was able to get the A3 Beretta released the A4 with the RDO capability. I was so angry I went ahead and pre ordered it. Had to let the A3 go but it’s all good the A4 is a amazing piece. However Beretta really screwed the first buyers of the pistol. They released it and said you would get 1 RDO mount for free. That never happened people had to buy a plate or wait. The people that decided to wait had to wait like 2 years before they got there mounting plate. Oh I forgot to add if you ever want to really make that the trigger better. I have to suggest the Langdon Tactical trigger in a bag OR send it in to them and when you get it back it will be a completely different pistol.
I actually like the trigger. I did have a bit of interest in the device that makes the de cocking/safety lever a de cocker only. Thanks for tuning in!
I am a new subscriber like your way of doing the videos ✌️
Welcome aboard! Thanks for tuning in!
🔫😊😎👍🏼 Amazing Pistol
It’s definitely up there in the top of the list!
Now we’re talkin’! Beretta, that’s all me.
Yeah. Very special feel and design characteristics. Easy to want to use it exclusively.
And your absolutely right about safties,If not a Glock carry a revolver.
Never had a jam with one. That 180° ejection port is spectacular for ejecting brass and the DA/SA design just gives me a better feeling of safety than any striker fired pistol. I wish the military stuck with it, rather than the Sig P320!
Those contracts often have other determining factors besides which is the best gun.......which is ridiculous. I like the Beretta more. The 320 doesn’t really resonate with me....I don’t own one. The Sig 220 is “my” SIg....
Thanks for tuning in!
I have a beretta 1934 & 51 forerunners to this bad boy, I also have an m9a1!
Hello W&S….. always a pleasure to have you. Both my 34 and 51 make an appearance here….as well as a real tiny visitor!
First!
If you’re not first, you’re last.
They are good quality guns, but for some reason that I could never quite put my finger on, the 92 never felt comfortable in my hand.
Shep, you have to remove the pistol that seems to be permanently affixed to your hand before the Beretta will fit in it properly!
Not so sure about Clark’s law but I still enjoyed the video , as usual
@@MilsurpGarage I don’t believe in god and I’m afraid you are losing it and are completely out of touch with a huge portion of this country if you think that everyone who thinks guns should be more regulated are doing it out of malice and don’t really care about people? That’s absolutely ridiculous … regardless of whether their gun control will work or not I guarantee you most people aren’t malicious just because they have a different take on guns. They might be misguided but not malicious. This kind of paranoid fear mongering and pitting is against each other is what’s wrong with this country.
Glad you enjoyed it
@@MilsurpGarage Why did you delete this?
@@guaporeturns9472 CZcams removed a couple of the comments and the rest left there looked like a conversation between mental patients so I deleted the rest but I left your original comment.
One day we can have the conversation over a beer, this is not the place for too much free thought!
@@MilsurpGarage Fair enough.
And I just got released so I’m a "former” mental patient. My doctors say I’m better now.
