My favorite part is when Pia goes What did she play? 😧😧 What did she play?! 😧😧
time stamp?
@@hqcart1like every third move in every single commentary 😂
She also noticed "he resigned" hours after the handshake
oh, this recap was so touching...to see pia's pride and joy and to see anna feeling this from her mom was beautiful! so sweet!
Her father played a grinding 66 move game today, but after (both he and his opponent) blunder on move 46 Juan had the game mostly locked up and won.
Thanks for the info!!!!
Her father seemed to take a calculated draw the first night match instead of playing past midnight at his age and drawing a lower rated player the next round has put himself in a position at a very good finish in the tournament.
That's my homie Juan
great commentary by Pia, always wondered about how they put the kings in the center after the game, she always has amazing analysis and insight 🌼🥀🌺
Both Mum & Daughter are so inspirational 💗
So glad she was able to sleep well last night, and so nice to see them both smiling at the end :)
Ty for this stream Pia !!
Loved the commentating and recap! Well done!
What a great day! Love the comments from Pia today, so insightful. What a cool thing that Anna can bring so many smiles to her mom today! Nice example of building a solid attack by patience and precision!
3 cheers for Mr. Cramling. As Anna develops and applies what he's showing her, her clock management & attack are going to benefit her greatly.
25 minutes just to castle ?!!? that early in the game(which is a move instinctively done by someone of her experience and coaching as time saving move that can done instantly and review strategy on opponents time) is costly a mistake against equal or higher rated players and 10 minutes on the next moved is just ridiculous. Risk/reward calculation of time spent on moves is serous flaw and developmental milestone that needs to be addressed before she continues to play tournament chess if she hopes to reach higher sustainable FIDE rankings and titles.
Well done Anna. Love watching you play, and listening to your mother as the cheerleader.
Ms Pia. Joy, brightness, smiling and at the same time ultra serious, intense, insanely focused. Ms Pia is fantastic.
A few days back you said “Fast Anna incoming”. If you’ve tapped into that mindset, you can tap into again. I hope someday they really do call you Fast Anna (and not sarcastically…lol). You’re a very accurate player, so you don’t need to sweat playing a bit faster. You’ll do great.
Remontada! Great bounce back win after the previous match. You looked refreshed (a good night's sleep does wonders) and having fun. Good luck on your next round!
It took Anna only 4 minutes to find brilliant move Nxh2, but she wasted 20 minus on castle on move 8. So it is not that she cannot play fast and well, but she tends to burn too much time tries to choose between 2 or 3 equally good moves. She can get away with this poor time management when she plays against low-rated players, but with higher rated players, she always finds herself in a lot of time trouble. In round 1, she played extremely well, and she found a brilliant move in just 4 minutes, but she left with only 5 minutes on her clock after move 21, because she burned too much time on other moves before.
You can see Pia’s pride in Anna. Awesome.
OMG she payed so great I am so proud of her.
Anna has 1h30m of the opponent's time to calculate and plan. Spending 20 min of her time to castle and then looking away from the board while her opponent is thinking seems like a good place to improve her time management.
Congratulations Ana beautiful win🥳🎉
Hammer used the computer to comment -- Pia does it all herself.
Two different generations.
Congratulations.
Grats Anna! YAY!!
Pia is the best!!!
Nice. Mom is happy. :)
Very nice and deserved win!!
She looks more energetic today than yesterday. Did she sleep well?
Congratulations...
Go Anna
Anna's play in this game reminded me of José Raúl Capablanca. Sometimes the obvious positional moves are the best.
Wow, what a compliment!
Pia ❤
Someone please teach dear Pia how to say Opponent. Congratulations Anna on another great win !
Someone teach Anna that it's not Chuss
Nice win. I could tell you were rested.
yay! 🥰
gg
You are back!

Playing another 13 year old tomorrow........
Hope she adds basic game theory of gamesmanship to playing a child unlike last time… where she’s the one that looked unprepared and not confident by relinquishing control and tempo of the board as white by reacting to a younger player by taking 10 minutes on forth move instead of looking like the higher rated player in control of the situation on her way to 2300. Instead the child looked bored and uninterested while she looked a cheap watch falling apart.
hopefully we can u one of them 18 minute ads ta get u some mo dollaz...woop woop
Why is Anna playing all these lower rated people
Mainly because she lost to a very low rated player which dragged her tournament performance rating way down.
@@AlanTov darn it. oh well just keep grinding anna.
She hasn't played one person rated over 2000?
In Round 1 (2369) and 4 (2202), easy to see by checking the live broadcast tab.
@@magitsu okay thanks for the information.
Imagine some cute swedish/spanish gurl with a skimpy outfit sits next to you. And you like 60 and have been playing chess your whole life. And then she proceeds to destroy you. Ouch.
