If you're near a YMCA, they usually have one. The air is really warm, and really dry. The bench you're sitting on is toasty, like a roll out of the oven. But even though it's a dry heat, the air feels thick. I have asthma, and have to limit the amount of time I'm in there. It doesn't help me breathe freely. Hard to explain
