if u used a hho generate for the air pump u can cut the cost of the hho
That is actually the best idea to improve this device, generate hho instead of air then use the hho to make more power. Or as a micro hydroelectric power plant with drain nozzles and rotating valves on the bottom that let the water out and air in while new water fills the top. Many groups are coming out with working devices the question is when can we buy or make one ourselfs ? Soon I hope for the sake of life on Earth!

Looking nice, but what is it for? It converts electrical energy into movement using compressed air with lots of losses. The efficiency is probably around 0,2. I assume it's supposed to be some work of kinetic art or something?
Your's are only assumptions. BE objective, Try it. Germans try it and are already selling it. It gives 6 times more than photovoltaics for the same price.

Ничего не получится. Чудес не бывает, там где есть физика: без подпитки внешнего источника система работать не будет.

имеем поплавки объёмом 10 литров каждый
и компрессор с объёмом цилиндра 10 литров
то есть площадь поршня 1 дм кв и ход поршня 1 метр
для подачи а глубину 3 метра нужно создать давление 0.3 атмосфер
давление на поршень плошадью 1 дм кв будет равно 30 кг или 300 ньютонов
тогда работа равна A=FxS то есть А = 300 х 1 = 300 джоулей
Итого для закачки каждого поплавка нам потребуется 300 джоулей
теперь работа совершаемая поплавком при всплытии
поплавок 10 литров имеет силу 100 ньютонов
тогда работа при всплытии равна A = FxS = 100 x 3 = 300 Ньютонов.
вроде работы равны НО!
когда поплавок находится внизу то на него действует сила давления воды и воздух в нем сжимается на 30 процентов то есть объём воздуха внизу равен 6.66 литра
ну и выталкивающая сила равна 66 ньютонов
отсюда имеем среднее значение выталкивающей силы (100+66)/2 = 83 ньютона
итак теперь реальная работа при всплытии поплавка равна А = 83х3 = 249 джоулей
Итог
требуется для закачки в поплавок 300 джоулей а при всплытии он сможет отдать всего 249 джоулей
Это без учёта механических потерь
а они там огромны
Вот очень простой расчёт несостоятельности идеи этого вечного двигателя.
Ну расчет простой и даже может правильный. Но рекомендую взять трубочку, засунуть один конец в жидкость, а в другой конец дунуть. Сначала потребуется некоторое усилие, а потом когда пойдет выход пузырей энергии требоваться будет значительно меньше. Ближайшая аналогия эйрлифт, никто же не будет утверждать что на дно действует вся масса водяного столба.

Весьма распространенная ошибка в расчетах! Подача воздуха в жидкость не есть вытеснения жидкости и подъем водного столба, а всего лишь преодоление статического давления водного столба! Проделайте опыт сударь! Емкость высотой в 1 метр заполнена водой до краев, установите прозрачный шланг в нижней точке емкости, установится уровень воды в шланге и емкости одинаковый?! Далее начните продувать воду из шланга усилием дыхания. Сначала легко, затем все тяжелее, однако как только первые пузыри попадут в воду давление в шланге резко падает и подача воздуха требует на много меньше усилия ,нежели подача воды!!!! В этом и есть один из факторов возникновения в последующем сверх единицы, а ведь есть работа по вытеснению воздухом воду из перевернутого ковшика, которая не менее работы по всплытию ковшика!!!

Какого ж хрена у автора видео компрессор к розетке подключен? Надо переключить на самозапит. В Советские времена когда инженерное искусство ещё не было потеряно таким бредом как создания вечного двигателя никто не занимался.

Ещё как понятно:цистерна с водой в которую с низу закачивают воздух.он попадая в бочёночки,закреплённые к цепи,- подымает их вверх,заставляя цепь двигаться.Достигнув поверхности,бочёночки переварачиваются,воздух из них выходит и заполненные водой снова погружаются на дно цистерны,где цикл повторяется снова.А вращающаяся цепь вращает генератор,тем самым получая искричество.
