That's truly just a stylish statement of the essential problem of capitalism. Capitalism says, "The latter, unequivocally." And everyone can tell that's an outrage, one we shouldn't have to live with.

The government should regulate medication prices, help pay for medication for those who need, and finance research to combat major epidemics.
Drugs don't cost that much to produce, its greed. We are giving our tax money to profiteers.

Thue Morse I understand you. However, this could all be changed without the interference of the government by instigating and supporting a mass cultural change so that we wouldn't need to be babysat.

5:40 "I think it's important to look at the advancements that we've gotten. And ask whether or not the advancements would have occurred if we didn't have a for profit industry." - Lori Reilly
This is the main problem with the pharmaceutical industry in America. Innovation based of greed and profit. Not from the motive of compassion to help humanity. Ironically many of the doctorate pharmaceutical researchers take the hypocritic oath upon graduation from med school. It begs the question that in this mode of research is the oath being up held?

How are cures to diseases profitable in this system? It’s more cost effective for a drug company to sell my insulin to me for the rest of my life than for them to sell a one time cure. I don’t see that as advancement for anything but their profit margins

When you cut these can you stop screwing with aspect ratio of old footage? When you shove 4:3 to 16:9 everybody in the past looks fat and distorted or when you zoom in everything ends up claustrophobic.
This is a really sloppy editing choice people are making these days and it really needs to stop.
You are literally distorting the past.

We can't have both? We can only have one or the other?

@@aleksanteri_r not a very valuable feedback, changing the aspect ratio of old footage to match with the HD ratio of the present interviews is not easy. It helps keep the authenticity of the old footage with the aspect ratio of the past.
