- Lori and Chad Daybell appeared in court for the first time Wednesday since being indicted in the murders of Lori's two children, 16-year-old Tylee Ryan and 7-year-old JJ Vallow, and Chad's ex-wife.

It's late, but there will be justice. Chad Daybell will have to pay for all Lori's evil deeds. Lori will never see the outside of a Mental Hospital, that's close to justice for all the victims.
@@angiecoers6255 - If she gets out of the mental hospital, she will go back to jail and her trial will be set. Idaho won’t let her off per the law they won’t accept an insanity plea.

You are largely right but I'm guessing they are alluding to the fact that the new information is that Alex Cox is listed as co-defendant perhaps indicating the police think Lori and Chad had Alex do the actual killing.

@@erin4321 I agree and You Tube is full of it. Such clickbait has become the norm. It speaks to a larger problem of how we are losing any reliable information sources. All seem to have some kind of agenda through which the information is filtered. It is becoming almost impossible to find pure journalistic sources that will dig deep to give insightful information and not tell readers/viewers/listeners how to feel about it or interpret it.
The editorial or opinion pieces used to be clearly marked and were glaringly distinct from the journalistic pieces. Now, it all sounds like editorial, some is just shrouded with a veneer of information.
Lori and Chad were only able to get married after Chads wife Tammy was dead...there was never a divorce so how could she be an ex wife? she IS his "deceased wife" are you all afraid to state that? stop trying to soften the blow for Chad.

Maybe he was using the the excuse I can't marry you Lori, because I'm still married, for a few years. Then after his wife died he couldn't say no to marriage.
@@GospelOfTimothy i believe that you are mistaken. Chad and Tammy were not planning a divorce and were not separated. right before Tammy died Chad increased Tammys life insurance benefits to the maximum payout, Chad couldn't have done that if they were separated and planning a divorce.

This video has them in court together via Zoom, Chad by himself via Zoom. When they were in the video in court together via Zoom, they could see each other. Lori and Chad have a secret non-verbal language that they use all the time. They give hand, eye and body gestures to each other all the time, and I’ve seen them do this in other videos and this one. Watch the videos when Lori was in court and Chad wasn’t picked up yet. He and Lori, like most lovers/married couples, have their own way of communicating. Sometimes it’s extremely subtle and we have to watch closely. A body language expert on CZcams pointed this out. I looked for body language analysis Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell and found it. He said that when Chad has one hand on top of each other and he raises his top one, he moves his fingers and is non-verbally “talking” to Lori. He said it’s like street talk. They have signs with their hands to talk to each other. A lot of people have said the same. I’m fascinated by this. My opinion.
Your reporter was mistaken calling Tammy Daybeds the ex wife earlier in her story. She was his first wife. Get the facts straight. Reporters has the responsibility to get the facts correct.

Tammy was Chads legal and current wife when she died. It is incorrect and disrespectful to her memory to call her his EX-wife. The correct ways to refer to her include his deceased wife or his first wife. The term ex-spouse is used when the marriage has been legally terminated.
The horror of how those two children died is mixed with heartbreak for the betrayal of a "mother" towards her children. Unimaginable. The same for Chad's betrayal of his wife. She was simply in the way of his lust. I have an intuitive feeling that Lori was actually sexually involved with her brother...It wpuld greatly assist in her manipulating him. That...and/or she promised him money from the insurance payout from her husband, whom he shot....And then, she got rid of her own brother because she wasn't giving up any cash. Just a repulsive lost, entitled Soul all the way around. How many years before the HBO movie...Aaaaargh.

This story didn't mention at all what the title says it does.
It breaks my heart to watch videos of Taylee being protective of her mother: during the police questioning after Charles went to the police, and then after alex shot charles. She loved and felt protective of her mother, and that woman killed her and then dismembered and burned her body. It makes me sick.

The prosecutor wanted to convene a grand jury, and wasn’t able to until recently due to COVID-19.

As many have pointed out below, Tammy was not Chad’s ex-wife, they were still legally married at the time that he murdered her. Please show a little more respect for Tylee, JJ, Tammy and their families.
I don't think I'd be going biblical with this. People love to talk about how God saved those kids at the world trade center on 9/11 but they don't like to mention the eight kids he threw under the bus. I think that people get a little tired of hearing that stuff. I know I do. Most people believe what they believe because their mother told to believe that.
