@BREEZYM6015 "allowed to pay the plaintiff?" That's a personal choice and depends on your sense of "moral" obligation. There is no legal obligation. There's obviously no sense of morals or integrity on either side in this case. Plaintiff insulted the court by bringing a lawsuit, expecting the judge to believe his lies or would uphold his/their fraud 🙄

I'm sure there's a place in the studio where the show is taped where she could have left him. There's been many times in which the judge--and the judge on other court shows--has ordered children out. Judge Judy does it each and every time the case is not involving the child.
I think we all know that it's very clear that they did date and the only reason he's claiming that they didn't is because his wife is either in the audience or she's going to be watching.
One thing I love about Judge Judy is that she doesn’t allow kids to stay during court hearings that aren't appropriate for them to hear. If they testify, they do it, and then they have to wait outside the courtroom.
