The bacterial growth on wood can be reduced it stopped by letting it dry out. If you live in a humid place, then leave the light on for a few hours after cleaning with water. Basically treat it as a wood cutting board.
Here because I'm a film photographer and boxes for drying biltong are actually perfect for drying film

Sir, this laminated plywood in the box body you use will work on 75-80 dgree cel temparature, bcoz I am going to build this for spice dryer, Thanks

Biltong boxes do not need lights in them, air dry only.
That is really depends on how humidity your environment holds in the air.
It reduces the develompment of molds significant.

hello friend what is the purpose of lamp? i did a biltong box as yours and i putted temperature and humanity control unit, i figured out even 100 w lamp doesn't heated it up inside of box because until air heat it is already out of box, lamp could have affect but definitely not about heating what do you think?
Hi, you are right. The lamp mentvto be used without the fan causing the air heat and raise up . When using a fan the air doesn't stay long enough to heat up. Despite that is refuces the humidity a little, helping with preventing mold issues.
What is the function of top fan? it extract the air outside from the box?
exactly. you should always prefer a fan the ducks the air out rather than pushing it in. Consider it as an air tunnel, there is one side for air entry and one side for air exit.

Yea.... but i dont think it will work for curing weed......
