I wake up 6 am every day and go out to my schoolfootball pitch 7am to 8am There I do some juggle magneto traning program util the school begins. After school I stay to about 4 to 5pm there i only play with my friends. Then i go home rest then go to training 7:30 pm. I am 13 years old and live in sweden where it isnt any quarenteen
Hi my name is hiren Yadav I am 15 years old and I am from India here there is lock down in india that's why I practice in my home
I wake up attend 6am
6am to 7am body workout
7am to 9 am football practice
9am to 9:30 shower
9:30 to 10:00am breakfast
10am to 12pm online studies
12 pm to 3pm again football practice
And at the evening 7pm to 9 pm football practice
My goal is to become a great football player like CRISTIANO RONALDO that's why I work hard everyone day

I watched a video of yours where you juggled a tennis ball and I took it upon my self to try that as well. I just juggled the tennis ball until I got 20 five times and one my first try with a real size 5 ball, I ended up getting 738 juggles. holy cow

I made a plan too and it’s really helping me I go w compulsory solo drill to do that includes passing,dribbling,defending etc and I do 5 laps around it takes around 1 hr 30 min and then I go to the gym for a hour I do this 5 times a week and then on Monday and Tuesday I do a trio practice with my 2 friends which is a different technical drill altogether (On his channel) I’ve been doing it for a week now and get goals to achieve for example by the end of the year I want to be able to do all forms of slide tackle,ping the ball and get my left foot as my right foot is now.(I play cb so it might be different for u guys)

on the hill sprints i see you always start with your left foot... make sure to alternate which foot you take off with so you dont have a dominant leg. this is going to help you with your acceleration if you learn to accelarate with each leg. great video btw :)

It comes down to unwavering focus on your goal. It's easier to distract and start doing activities whichever comes to your mind (which I do) rather than having a goal, plan, and focus on the skills and all aspects associated with your like football/soccer/tennis/cricket, etc.
Remembering a saying, "everyone wants success until you show 'em what it takes to achieve that success".

Do you find it hard transitioning back into your position from 6 a side to 11 a side? I had a year away from 11 a side focusing on my short game and am worried I won't know where to be I'm a midfielder myself, I understand this will come back in training but I don't want to be dropped from the squad should we be able to start playing again soon

thanks Michael, this is just what i was looking for becuase im trying to make weekly schedules to plan out my training sessions. One question: is it better to focus on one thing like just dribbling for that days training session or is it better to do a little bit of everything like ball mastery, dribbling, speed, and fitness in one day? Thanks so much!
Sarah Spitzer it’s better to focus on one thing everyday unless it’s super intense. Like you don’t want to do only fitness, Bc that wld burn you out but doing only dribbling is okay as long as you mix up the drills.
So its better to work on the basics everday like maestro and passing and receicving , juggling then then intense workouts in different days

I usually play tight space games games with my friend's yard which is rock and humpy with their uncles who are good and its intense becuase they play everyday.
