I’m currently using 2 x 8kg bells. Clean and press but the difficult one is double 8kg snatch which I’m finding challenging. Have realised that if I dont rush I have a better outcome. Thank you as always.

This is a great exercise. Often overlooked and underrated. Thank you for this video.

Excellent as always Mark! This seems like a very good variation to add to Dan John's Armour Plating routine!

Did a 10:00 emom set today with 16 kg bells (which is heavy for me) the second hang clean definitely needed more effort after the 6th minute or so. Actually made the 3 squats to finish easier. :P

Just received my second competition adjustable kettlebell in anticipation of the upcoming double-KB program. Looking forward to being annoyed 😂

I'd be interested to hear how you might program various kettlebell walks into a trainee's programming. I like bottom's up grapevine walks best but I do other combinations of walking directions and kettlebell holding positions when I decide to incorporate walks into my training.

Very little momentum for the clean, it will increase the strength for sure.

I may have missed the explanation, but on the way down you are catching the bells differently at 2:35 (push back between legs) and 2:45 (straight to the hang). I find the second approach way more difficult, which I guess is the point.
Got any tips how to lower them properly?

Not an easy looking workout. But it would definitely provide some excellent results.

Isn't this a "dead hang" clean? I thought "dead stop" cleans touched (briefly) the ground & stopped (briefly), hence the name 'dead stop'...as opposed to this, which is a dead hang...?

Can I send you a pair of shorts?

Mark, i don't seem to be able to obtain the 45 degree angle of the handle when i catch the bell in the clean. I've tried repositioning the bell as you've instructed elsewhere but somehow it won't go to the correct position.
I think it might be due to the shape of my kettlebell - i am using the Eleiko comp bells in 16 kg at the moment (i've only just started kettlebelling and so far i can do the double arm swing and, well, the clean).
Now don't get mad at me: i basically self-taught the Turkish get up and the goblet squat - i do not feel any pain whatsoever when i perform all these exercises: does that mean i am doing them correctly?
Of course i did watch your videos on each exercise multiple times ;-)
The only sticking point would be the hand / wrist / handle position when i clean which doesn't end up as it should.
    Thoughts?

I don't get why those programs take years

The same reason Olympic lifting takes years. The same reason corde Lisse takes years

    That looks terribly annoying!
