Ours is perhaps the only king in the world who taught its subjects the principles of Democracy and one day handed down his power to the people.

Bhutan should better live under the King because democracy would destroy the country. Look at your neighbour Nepal. Nepal has no one good person to rule. Everybody want to be leader and no one live under one. Take my advice.

Raju Tashi actually you are wrong in the kingdom only one community got privilege a diverse country like Nepal... only one kash arya community like kings but 80% of others communities don't like kings and his racist system... I knew you are also belonging from that's community.

I dont think it is the formal way to address a Royal queen in a casual way. Moreover you cant address his majesty the king as “your husband” . It really is such a shame how you cannot respect the royal family of Bhutan.
Next time you interview anyone , make sure to learn about their culture and tradition as you may be directly or indirectly disrespecting the culture

My dear bhutanese people. Respect your king. The rule without king is the rule of the bastards. Dont fall in conspiracy of the bastards( evil). The rule of cultural king and his descendants is always better than the rule of bastards. Cultural kings and family are the representatives of god. India is now being ruled by bastards. Dont fall in the trap and propaganda of india. Go with your cultural king, you will find peace and prosperity.
