A 30-minute guided natural movement workout focused on ground-based movement. Warm Up + 2 movement sequences + Cool Down. This practice will develop mobility, balance, and coordination. It's a perfect morning practice or for an active rest day.

OMG! What a dynamite practice! I'm an 83-year-old woman tired of doing yoga postures, so I stopped doing them and now have lost a lot of my core strength and balance. I may not be able to do all of your workout, but I'll do what I can. Who knows, I may become a Ninja granny!

I loved practicing these drills when I learning Brazilian Jujitsu. Very instrumental in the training and even now I practice these and similar movements and methods as a part of my lifestyle.

Cool, thank you very much. The popular belief (in fitness and life) seems to be that we need to be machines, we need to be constantly pushing hard, we need to impose suffering on ourselves. I really hope to challenge those beliefs and in favor of bringing about more balance.
This was my first video I saw at your channel about 2 years ago and still is one of my favourites. Your thoughs and dynamic exercise practice are interesting and fun to do. Really love how same movements grow in difficulty with every round creating space to get to know the movement and keep it interesting by make it more and more challangening. Keep up the good work. Hi Calen (I hope I made no mistake in the spelling), this is really a great video you made, incredibly efficient and rewarding... I am 65 now, accustomed to Yoga and Pilates practicing, still missing flexibility and mobility with stiff hamstrings.
I think this video is clearly not for beginners, I struggle with several movements even during the warm-up. But progress comes up with slow motion (some movements down to 25% speed !!). And I was happy this morning to come through the whole session, in great form !!

Thank God for this video. I have a lot of arthritis in my entire spine and my hips the thoracic the neck and this is really amazing to get me moving in the morning but it’s not too difficult at the same time
18/5/24 I broke down the sequence in bits to do every morning before cycling to work. The tripod stand, balance sit and rock-ups are some of my favorite. Prone crawling needs a lot of core strength & also working on That as well. Namaste 🙏🏾
